“Not tried my replacement heads yet so can’t comment on them. I was surprised that each head had a hard plastic cover as part of the packaging, Is this really necessary? I would have preferred to have received them in just a cardboard box, after all, we are trying to cut down on unnecessary plastic aren’t we?”

“Beautiful authentic dangling plant pot. Love that it resembles a jellyfish! Wished it came with longer string. Also Had to get a different plant as the first seemed to not grow at all. Think you need to water it as soon as it arrives (bought as Christmas present so didn’t take it out for a while).”

“It was easy to browse the website to look for a gift: there were so many amazing ideas. The site allowed secure payments with follow-up emails coming promptly. I did use customer services (it was in the middle of a postal strike) and they were excellent.”

“I ordered 3 dishcloths tin mid December and by mid January they still hadn’t come. I had had no update from the company and so I requested a refund and Wearth told me they had to check with the vendor which I thought was strange. I am still waiting g for my refund although I have been told I will get one”

“Great products that were well presented and made excellent Christmas gifts. The Royal Mail delivery of one of many items was problematic and the support from Wearth was magnificent . I received very responsive emails from a caring human contact and felt like she was doing a good job to get my purchase to me in time for Christmas. Thank you for resolving matters.”
