Pity no option for zero stars. They will confirm appointment when you make it. Confirm again less than 2 working days before it, telling you they fine you £59 if YOU don't keep appointment. Then later on a Friday afternoon THEY'll cancel the Monday appointment because they don't have the screen in stock. And then they'll completely ignore your email asking about their stock control and you fining them. Truly avoid.

Bad bad bad. Samsung warranty repair, battery and screen. Was booked in for a warranty repair with samsung. First engineer was a no show , I get a call from 15 mins before the appointment to say he didn’t have the parts. Rebooked it, the second engineer came, took my phone then half an hour later I get a call to show my proof of purchase, so I hand it over to him in his van. Notice my phone in parts on the table. The sly part is what comes next, basically he tells me the battery isn’t covered under Samsung warranty and if it was it’s only covered for 12 months. I said to him that’s not right and that’s no what I’ve been advised by Samsung themselves. He then says the screen burn isn’t that bad- whilst acknowledging the burn was there. Basically they tried to catch me out with providing proof of purchase because they didn’t want to do the job. I get my phone back, in the same state I left it in plus a couple marks where they pried it open. Samsung have apologised and are collecting the phone directly but it’s definitely not good enough. Will be filing formal complaints with both companies.

If could have given them zero stars I would have, the engineer was sent out with no background information about the repair and without the relevant part to complete the repair. Here I am two weeks later, I have been cancelled on twice with no prior warning and still no repair. Avoid using this company unless you have no other options available.

Never heard of this service before now so booked this service as my charging port on my Note 9 was damaged. Wrongly, i booked and paid for this then after the fact looked at reviews - and began to worry a little. My concerns were put to rest quickly enough once Marcus arrived. I was informed in the morning of a time slot, as told i would be, and he called me about 20 minutes before arriving. He was polite and pleasant and didn't hang about getting to work. Once completed he informed me of the work done, showed me my phone working as before etc and left. The phone was in exact same condition as i gave it to him (except the repair had been done obviously)- no extra scratches, no open bits on the sides or loose fittings. Overall a great experience and if needed i would definitely use this service again. (NOTE - before the engineer arrived i started worrying myself about the warranty of my phone if they opened it as in the small print it says they are Samsung trained but 3rd party. I contacted Samsung directly and was assured they are affiliated with this company - here's a bit of the email Samsung sent back: https://samsungrepair.com/mobile-workshops is our affiliated repair service.Please show them your proof of purchase for validation of the warranty.And just give you a heads up,the warranty on your device covers defects in materials and workmanship, and upon receipt of your device,it will be fully inspected in accordance with the terms of our warranty.) great experience, very reasonable price considering you dont have to leave your home, and easy to use web site many thanks!!

they replaced my battery and in doing so damaged my screen. they've denied and blocked me on all social media and havent replied to my complaints

WeFix – AVOID AT ALL COSTS I have a Galaxy S8+ and its not a cheap phone so i booked the repair via the Samsung website in the hope that the repair would be done properly. However its not Samsung that carry out the repair, its WeFix who use self employed engineers that try to do the job as quickly and cheaply as possible. And when they dont carry out the repair properly they do what ever they can to get our of having to rectify their mistake. In my case the left-hand side of the screen wasn't sealed properly. Its not very visible but when you press the screen it creaks. When you look closely there is a larger gap between the frame and screen on the left hand side. I complained and sent the repair center pictures. They agreed to come out and repair the phone again. Upon arrival the engineer noticed a chip on the frame which he said invalidates the warranty. I pointed out that the picture I sent 4 days before clearly shows no chip so any further damage that may have been done was not the cause of the gap between the screen and frame. When talking to their support center and escalating to Samsung you get a classic case of "computer says no" Absolutely appalling service. You'd be better off going to a local repair shop. Will never use WeFix and will think seriously about switching back to IPhone next time around. The real joke is that they then sent me a review link for Trustpilot, so I posted this. Then I get a reply within five minutes stating that the screen on my phone was cracked. Blatantly lying on Trustpilot. What a bunch of jokers Wefix are. For anyone at Wefix reading or replying to this, please read carefully. You failed to repair the phone properly and you have photos taken straight after the repair was made showing no damage to the phone at all in any way shape or form, but you can clearly see the gap between the screen and frame where is wasn’t fixed properly. Anyway every time I press the screen of my phone it now creaks and makes me think of these jokers at Wefix.

I had a iPhone screen repairs under a month suppose to have a 12 months guarantee I just notice it has cracked again When I call customer service they don't guarantee for the part replace Ridiculous why state it, on your site as well they asking to pay again I will never use it again. I don't think it's genuine part also Waste of money Though am thinking to report it to the consumer act for refund.

I phone 6plus 4 days old, dropped it, Gutted. I sent it to We Fix That, got it back very quickly. Excellent service I would highly recommend them. Steve in Cheshire

Just thought I would log on to say about my positive experience with We Fix That UK. I broke my iPad Air and sent it to them to fix. I was a bit worried at first but their use of Royal Mail Special Delivery helped put my mind at rest. I sent it in on Monday and received a message on Tuesday morning to say that they'd received it, followed in close succession by an email to tell me my repair was being carried out, another to say that it was successfully completed and another to tell me it had been despatched back to me along with tracking info and I received it back Wednesday morning. Very very happy! Thanks guys!

My iPad started to play up, became difficult and slow to charge. My job takes me all around the globe so it is a vital piece of kit to me. In addition to this issue it had suffered at the hands of too many custom officers and the screen was cracked in a couple of places. It needed fixing and I could not be without it. I considering replacing it right up to I found that We Fix That UK Limited offer a replacement device to gap fill while they work on repairing your device. It was the logical thing to do really, the replacement device arrived, I sent mine off and within a matter of days it was backing waiting for me at home. Thank you guys.

Really happy with the service provided by the We Fix That team - the main button on my iPad was broken/jammed and there a few noticeable cracks on the screen. I discussed this with the team who advised on the correct products to purchase - which I thought were competitively priced. I send the iPad off as advised and the work was completed promptly and the iPad sent back was as good as new - so glad I didn't need to buy a new one :) I will definitely be recommending We Fix That

I found the We Fix That UK website intuitive and easy to use. It quickly routed me through, diagnosing the issues I had with my phone (battery and charging Jack). The pre-purchase of the repair suited me as I knew in advance what the work was going to cost me. The work completed, phone was returned promptly though the secure Royal Mail service. Simple process with a quality outcome.

After dropping my phone in the works car park, I was really worried as I didn't think it could be fixed until a friend told me about 'we fix that UK' I was very impressed and confident that my phone will be fixed, it was fixed very quickly and sent back to me in no time. thank you so much, you saved me from buying a new phone.
