“It’s very tidy and remote and fairly modern however, the lodge we stayed in the boiler cut out so we had no heating for a while and the electrical fuse tripped so we were In pitch black . These are things which can be stressful and which you want to avoid while you are away . The staff were all friendly however, I wouldn’t stay again due to the issues we had.”

“Facilities very good, washrooms clean and tidy. Footpath to carpark from caravan area is treacherous at night , my wife fell down bruising her hands and hip. Problem is lighting is awful in the evening to get to the Inn. Reported to inn staff who didn't show concern .”

“A quiet location for a short break. Lodge was well presented and very clean. In common with many self catering properties, more tea towels, more dishwasher tablets and more crockery and cutlery would be helpful - as well as more than one toilet roll per bathroom! The staff we met were welcoming and the “pub grub” at the Inn was enjoyable.”

“It is in a beautiful location, only marred by the fact the roads are quite narrow to get there. There are lovely views across the river and marshes and there is lots of wildlife to see.”

“We had a wonderful 3 days stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Lodge was superb. Good amenities. Wonderful view. Loved the hot tub. The only criticism would be that a light on the end of the lodge overlooking the hot tub. would be beneficial to see the buttons to get the hot tub operational. We will definitely look to return.”

“Stayed here for the weekend. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The food in the restaurant was delicious. And the waiting staff were friendly. Looking forward to returning. Thanks 😊”

“We had a wonderful stay. Fairview Lodge was great. The view from our hot tub was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and we had a couple of nice meals in Waveney Inn. We will be returning”

“We stayed in the Farmhouse. Was large for a family of 10. Beds comfy. Hot tub lovely. Enjoyed hiring a boat for the day. Had a lovely family break”

“Everything was fine apart from the breakfast and the black pudding don't know what you did to it but I would advise if you're going to do black pudding do it in oil and don't grill it”
