“So happy with my spa I love it. Only down side is the length of time it tuck to get all the chemicals correct. It’s up in 15 minutes probably just over a hour to fill. Then the chemicals are 1 is 2 hours and the other is 4 if you manage to get them right first time. But once up and ready it’s well worth it.”

“WAVE SPARS 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. The waters lay still and calm a tranquil pool I feel I dip a toe or two,then one leg followed by the other. The water so warm and inviting,I sit down and reach,the bubble button I did press to wash away all that stress. With waters a dancing all the days woes just drift away Thank you wave spars for a perfect end to the day.”

“Never had an issue whatsoever with Wave Spa’s We had a hot tub stolen and we only had it two weeks they went above and beyond and replaced it free of charge as a gesture of good will. When we upgraded to a bigger hot tub 8 months down the line, they supplied us a discount too as the liners weren’t available at the time. Always had replies within 2-3 days of raising an issue. Will buy again!”

“On the whole I've been pleased with my Pacific hot tub. However, my heater had to be returned due to E3 error and the process to make this happen was extremely frustrating lasting several weeks, having to send videos and emails before it was accepted for repair. However, once returns label sent, unit was repaired an returned within 1 week and so far, things are OK. It would seem the company had alot of teething troubles at the start of trading, which hopefully they have now sorted.”
