My spa did have quite a delay , however stuck with it and very glad I did , really chills us all out and have some lovely quality nights just sat with my children chatting , keeps the heat and doesn’t take that long to heat either , so far so good as only had a week but quality and price appear to be great 👍

The only reason I couldn't give 5 out of 5 is due to the delivery being a bit out of whack. Other than that the Spa is great, looks the part and so far been fab to use.

Ordered some additional items for my spa to include a cleaning kit, filters and cleaning chemicals. Told it was out for deliver the following day, but then received a message via Amazon Delivery that it had been 'cancelled'. No reason given despite it being dispatched! I emailed Wave and fair play, they immediately sent out replacement and are due for delivery today (hopefully). Given 4 not 5 stars cos it would have been nice to be told from Wave that the order had been cancelled rather than going on the Amazon Tracker app....

I really love it but there are a few things I reaaly think should have been included, which are included with other makes. So you will need to buy the hose connector if you want to drain the tub to anywhere apart from straight underneath the tub. You will also need the inflatable inner top as only a thin cover is included. You will need all chemicals, test strips etc since none of them come included and even though there is one filter included - this only lasts a week so you need a few of them too. And you will need to get foam squares for under the tub as the ground sheet is think & flimbsy. Apart from that get tub and no isses with heating up fully so far.

Product is brilliant for the price, was delayed by a couple of weeks and wasn’t informed however once I emailed the customer service team was kept updated with a new delivery date which it did arrive for via DPD.

We just received our spa today, and although it has been delayed by 17 days, Wave kept us updated with a weekly Monday email, which was very much appreciated. Great communication.

Very happy with customer service, it took a while for a response but i assume they're unindated with customers during lockdown in the summer! Molly has been brilliant in dealing with my query, thank you Now back to the spa!

Still waiting on my spa, however I have emailed to get an update on my order a few times and was impressed with the speed of reply from the customer service team. The only improvement on the process I would suggest is how long the product has taken to be delivered, however I understand that this is due to supply issues due to the current world climate and outwith the company’s control

I haven't received my hot tub due to uncertain times with delivery but I did receive my free gift and have been updated regularly by wave concerning my delivery would like my hot tub but completely understand the difficulties we are all experiencing at this time

The company are trying hard to communicate their issues with their customers and appear to be open and honest which is a nice change. Their updates are short but informative and options open to cancel also provide comfort that they listen to feedback.

Ordered my spa March 2021, delivery was scheduled for June. I was kept informed by email when the extra items I ordered were on their way. As a gesture of goodwill they sent me 2 free filters which was nice. My spa arrived 12th June 2021, it was easy to set up and get it running. We have had a few problems with getting the chlorine or Ph of the water correct.
