After having our Intex Hot tub, for 4 years we decide to replace it. We look round and decide on a Wave Atlantic hot tub, After waiting a good few months it arrived, and was easy to set up. Only thing that concerns me is, its quality. The materials it is made of do not look like it will have the durability to last as long as the Intex, I will be very happy if it does.

Disappointed with service. Ordered and payed for spa and starter kit in May 20. Advised would be delivered 20th July. Starter kit not coming until Septembet , Spa arrived on 4th August

On the whole Waves Spas arent that bad. Pacific hot tub arrived a week later than the original delivery date, and with the starter pack which we paid for missing. For a company that had 3 months to process our order youd have thought they would be able to get it to us OTIF. However, we're pleased with the hot tub and it was easy to install and was using the same day it arrived.

Delivered over a month late from 1st date given when first purchased. Filter casing very poorly made but filters with thread can be purchased. The rest is very good. Very quiet pump and great design for the tub. Customer service not the best.

We have finally received our hot tub after months of waiting .My biggest issue was the date for delivery was changed and each time I contacted customer service it was an automated response .Must day now we have got it iwe are really pleased .

What’s the best way to stop rainwater building up on top of cover? Straps are tight but it still creates a sag if there’s a downpour. Any advice would be fantastic Thanks

Communication could have been better regarding delivery! But you kindly do get in touch and also sent us some Free filters which is great so thank you all worth it in the end, and our hot tub is amazing x

Very happy with the quality of the hot tub but when trying to contact by email you have to wait 48 hours for reply. I personally would prefer a phone number helpline.

Delivery took 12 days longer than the date given at ordering 9 weeks in advance and when we were given a delivery date and made arrangements it turned up on a completely different day. Difficult to get answers from customer services as all done via email, no phone numbers for quick answers

I love the hot tub - Atlantic Spa Plus. It is amazing! I love it alone with wine after work. Play time with my grandkids. Just amazing. Easy to use and looks fabulous! ..and I even understood the wait from paying in April til July. It is the issue with around the delivery date that is a grey area. More update to customers would be great. I ended up emailing several times to get answers and only then did I get any idea of delivery. If I hadn't of emailed I think I'd still be waiting. So yeah more info surrounding the delivery itself.

3 stars due to the long wait to receive my order. It was only afterwards of making the purchase that I was told of the 3 month wait. Still haven't received the starter pack which I am sure could have been sent out in April when they had stock! Otherwise, quality product.

We ordered a Wave Spa in May and it was delayed because of the Coronavirus, however, I think the website is poor. I could not see my order progress. I did however go on and it told me the spa would be with us on 27/7 but arrived 24/7.

Had to e-mail about message coming up to say CHG FIL after only 5 uses, & the fact that it is very noisy with the bubbles going. They told us to hold the filter button down for 10 seconds to get rid of the message which we did but still getting message. They didn't respond about the noise so I e- mailed again & they have said that the heater unit should be below 53 decibels which is about 10 decibels quiter than other brands. We have measured the decibels using a mobile phone app & it is 58-60 when just heating but it is between 73-80 with the bubbles going, which is the same level as a vacuum cleaner. Should it be this noisy as we live in a street of detached houses & you can hear it 2 doors away.

I recognise I am writing this review during a pandemic and because of this I can only imagine how busy orders have been and how difficult it will have been to fulfill all of these with no problems. I am just writing my own personal review. Online order was fine. Delivery was made on time. Some difficulties were experienced soon after setting up the tub... This was reported to Wave. Difficult to communicate via email only which was frustration and I believe Wave should have a customer service contact number. I resulted in starting all over again with the tub and nearly 2 months on we continue to enjoy using it. So whilst extremely annoying and disheartening at the time with very little support from Wave, I have since had no reason to follow this up or report further issues. The hot tub itself is sturdy, comfy and keeps its heat relatively well. It could be improved by being a bit quieter and the cover could have some insulation built in.

Loved the spa. But has made a strange noise since day one, just thought it must just be the way it was. Broke down was told it would just be the filter as it had eroded in the spa. Got a new filter done everything I’m supposed to do, still not working as it’s not sucking water through the filter, waiting for a response

I am disappointed to be honest. We have replaced the filter on our spa as we were getting the message Change Filter flashing on the display screen but having done so, we are still getting the error message flashing up. Does this mean we have a faulty unit? There is no clear guidance in the instruction manual as to what to do either.

Hi Stuart - hold the filter button for 5 seconds to reset the filter timer back to 150 hours. Hope this helps. This will re engage the heater which has 150 timer on it to protect the motor.
