We bought an Atlantic plus from a third party as it was £20 cheaper. Was delivered on time with a crushed box, DPD, thankfully nothing seemed to be damaged inside. On a positive note it was so easy to set up although there was not as much included with the spa as there was with our previous one (Lazy spa.)Also realised that the pipes from the control unit to the spa have to be really tight so they don't leak, also had a problem fitting one pipe as it was a very tight fit. Bubbles are not as vigorous as our last spa. All set up now and anticipate a pleasant experience as I have now ordered what was lacking in the box.

Our spar arrived a few weeks ahead of schedule which was a great surprise. When we inflated it we discovered that there was a manufacturing defect with one of the clips that meant the cover wouldn't clip on. A quick email later and wave have agreed to send out a replacement unit! Excellent customer service. Top marks

Brought our wave spa on a whim. Popped into our local morrisons to do some shopping and had one for sale on offer plus my partner works for them so got another 15% discount, so we'll happy. We have been using it about 3 times per week since we Brought it so glad we Brought it I would recommend wave spas and products to anyone.

Having ordered a hot tub from Wave I contacted them to find out when my product would be arriving as the estimated delivery date had passed, my emails were answered quickly and professionally by the team. I would have scored a 5 star review but I am currently waiting for my hot tub to arrive.

So I had a problem with my liner contacted wave they were brilliant sent me a replacement liner till my liner was in stock . Looking forward to receiving my new liner by March this year , thanks again for doing everything they can for me excellent service

It took far too long for our puncture repair kit to arrive and we lost the use of the hot tub for over 2 months due to deflation. I would like to return the hot tub for a refund as it punctures far too easily rendering it useless.

I’m going to be very honest in this review despite the actual spa being great. The fact that you preorder and they hold on to the money for at least 3 months and feel no need to actually email you and let you know if your spa is going to be late is just not good enough. Covid is no longer a good enough excuse when dpd are delivering across the UK every day. All it would take is a quick call or email to tell you rather than leaving you to keep contacting them when your delivery date has passed and you have no idea when or if it’s going to turn up. The fact that they have turned off comments on Instagram speaks volumes and it’s a shame as the spas themselves are a great product! The customer service really lets the company down. Also despite getting my spa last week I am still awaiting delivery of the starter chemicals that were due for delivery in June.

Dear Rainey, Firstly we are delighted you love your Wave Spa. We emailed all our customers with two separate updates regarding the delivery times of the spas and any delays. In regards to the starter kit we again emailed all our customers with the delay, giving them the option to cancel the starter kit. Our UK based chemical supplier also supplies numerous chemicals to the NHS, primarily hand sanitiser and this took preference. We are truly sorry that your not happy but have a large team working to help all our customers, we are working on improving our service daily. What’s the best way to stop rainwater building up on top of cover? Straps are tight but it still creates a sag if there’s a downpour. Any advice would be fantastic Thanks

Hot tub arrived the day it was listed to which I couldn’t believe as I thought that would be roughly when it when it would be available! The tub is good quality and easy to set up - a little disappointed at how loose the lid is and I couldn’t see anywhere the water capacity to work out the chemical dosage, as a first time hot tub owner I’d have liked a little more advice on chemicals

I am keeping fingers crossed get item that is reserved for delivery on 01 August, keep getting emails saying delivery could be delayed, I really hope not will be waiting nearly 3 months by 01 August, also ordered starter kit which will be at least Sept/Oct delivery, so feeling very disappointed they have my money for 3 months, if you have to wait so long you should pay deposits and then pay balance when goods arrive

Good so far. Ordered my hot tub about a month ago waiting for it to come. I ordered a starter kit then only last week to get an email after I ordered it, that there was non in stock. The grammar on the email was terrible, so I am a little worried about my hot tub.
