“Item brought over a year ago, could not use when purchased due to pregnancy and requested an extension of the warranty. Was not given anything further. We brought the alatanic hot tub, it says it seats 6 but this would only happen if your really short or hold your knees to your chin. However, good hot tub and pleased with our purchase.”

“We absolutely love our wave spa! Delivery was delayed however we can't fault the hot tub at all.”

“On the whole I've been pleased with my Pacific hot tub. However, my heater had to be returned due to E3 error and the process to make this happen was extremely frustrating lasting several weeks, having to send videos and emails before it was accepted for repair. However, once returns label sent, unit was repaired an returned within 1 week and so far, things are OK. It would seem the company had alot of teething troubles at the start of trading, which hopefully they have now sorted.”

“Fast efficient service”

“Between working and getting the base ready I eventually unboxed my hot tub last week. Very easy to put together and prepare for use. Had my first dip on Wednesday evening. Brilliant!! The family now are in and out at various times of the day and loving it. Thank you Wave 👋”

“Although I had to wait longer than I hoped for the delivery of my hot tub, we love it now it’s here. We order the Atlantic Plus rattan style and looks good in the garden. The communication from wave spa and the customer service was excellent. I’ve also order additional chemicals and delivery has been prompt and efficient.”

“They came back within 24hours of my query with suggestions on how to solve my problems, took a couple of days and a few attempts but eventually worked out what was wrong and got my tub up and running again!”

“Recently bought Wave Swift Rattan spa, decided on this rather than inflatable ones. Have to say, very impressed, look and feel of a much more expensive tub without the price tag. With the foam flooring and additional inflatable cover, keeps it well heated and insulated.”

“After ready some of the reviews I was a little worried that I might have bought a spa and it not turn up or there would be trouble trying to get hold of people to chase a delivery. I have been nothing but impressed with everything so far. I purchased a spa that was available for ore delivery on the 22nd August. I ordered it a couple of weeks before this date fully happy with the fact that I might have to wait a while. That was actually good for me as I m currently trying to move house and wanted it in my hew house. Communication from Wave Spa was timely and informative and I received my spa before the 22nd so much so I actually do not have the spa at the mo in my flat!! Being able to split the cost with Klarna has also made this spa affordable. It was one of the main reasons I chose wave spa. I was going to buy the Aldi intex one but saw this one at the same price and I could spread the cost over 6 months. Perfect.”

“Filters are great east assembly. Bought the headrests wouldn’t recommend got to be super tall to benefit. Drinks holder is great.”

“We bought an Atlantic plus from a third party as it was £20 cheaper. Was delivered on time with a crushed box, DPD, thankfully nothing seemed to be damaged inside. On a positive note it was so easy to set up although there was not as much included with the spa as there was with our previous one (Lazy spa.)Also realised that the pipes from the control unit to the spa have to be really tight so they don't leak, also had a problem fitting one pipe as it was a very tight fit. Bubbles are not as vigorous as our last spa. All set up now and anticipate a pleasant experience as I have now ordered what was lacking in the box.”

“Recently purchased a Wave Osaka Hot Tub. I cannot rave enough about it, absolutely stunning, all the family are so jealous. Couple of negatives, 1. I was informed the hot tub was on the way but no indication of the actual day. A week later I received notification by the driver an hour before he was about to deliver it. I was a couple of hundred miles away at the time. Thank god for fantastic parents. 2. Unfortunately, we still have not had the Starter Kit, so had to source alternatives. Still would choose the Osaka again, fantastic. I will upload a photo in a month when I have the surrounds built.”

“Can't fault the hottub, quick to put up and heats up quick too. My only critique on it would be its hard to find information on which filter etc need as spare. Ive had the hot tub 2 weeks and have been in it every day. The reason i marked 1 star down is im still waiting for the starter pack to arrive that was ordered with the hot tub. Luckily i had chlorine left from last pool but that now run out so hope it arrives soon as its nearly 3 weeks late, i was also promised 2 free filters which im yet to receive. Also delivery courier DPD left the hottub at incorrect address luckily i walked around the street and found it, but had to ger the wheel barrow out to move it 😭”
