“We at Wiltshire Wildlife Trust Wild Landscapes project used Water Garden for the pump, hose and electrics on a recent pond installation project. Delivery was swift and problem free. The products were well priced and excellent for our application, plus we also received help and advice over the phone. Will definitely use again on our next project. Thanks.”

“You supplied me a new nozzle. Although it was designed for a different pump, I managed to adapt things to fit it and it works very well. In particular the design allows you to turn the unit by its screw fitting to adjust the jet size, which makes it very easy to clean in situ.”

“after a awful start with the water feature as it was too gushing and powerful, went back to the shop and was given free a reducer which has toned down the amount of water coming through, thank goodness. very helpful and friendly service, highly recommend. love the water feature now, really the focal point of the garden. (will come in to the shop with a photo and some of the glass we told you about)”

“Friendly helpful advice + next day delivery as promised. After two orders, the service side of things seems to be very good. However you do have to watch the pricing. Most things seem to be within the range of other internet stores (usually at the top end of that range) but liners and underlay seem significantly higher for exactly the same products.”

“The Boston Oil Lamp look very impressive but I have problem with the wick staying alight even though it has enough oil to soak the wick with. Tried several times and going to try again tonight (27/09/2014) and see if it will stay on, otherwise I do not know what else to do.”

“I purchased "Algae Control - 25g treats 70,000 Litre" for my pond and followed the instruction to the letter. Within a week it started to take effect and I now have a clear pond. Last year I spent well over a £100 on a well known chemical treatment which worked just as well. I know what I will buy if I have the same problem again and I will be saving money. Very pleased with the results so far.”
