“I am happy with my new pond pump/filter which seems to be working fine. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to phone and ask questions before I purchased this product; the man I spoke to was very patient. I did not feel rushed and he listened carefully to me and recommended the right product based on what I told him.”

“I would rate water garden the five stars for service but not fir the make/brand. We have now had three ballasts and the filter is only five years old. Quality is poor. Wouldn’t buy this make again. Nothing but trouble from day one”

“We visited Water Garden on a recommendation from a local pond contractor who would recommend no other pond plant supplier. We were not disappointed! As novices we were relying on a lot of advice about the plants suitable for our particular pond. The small team were brilliant and their huge knowledge enabled us together to select a range of plants and everything else we needed to successfully install them in our pond which now looks fabulous. The team provided us with explicit instructions for how to plant each one selected. We shall never look anywhere else.”

“I was looking to replace a low-voltage fountain for my garden pool. The staff at Water-Garden offered helpful advice over the phone. I decided to purchase an Aquarius mains voltage fountain from them which arrived promptly and works very well. Very satisfied with their service.”

“Excellent service to be fair. Order was dealt with very quickly and the items arrived on time and well packed. I did order the wrong size hose - I had no way of knowing what size the pump would accept, but assumed adaptors. Yes, I should have called to confirm, but it would have been a great spot if someone had noticed and let me know. Asking too much? Yes probably! Will certainly order from them again.”

“From placing my order to delivery was very quick. Installed in a pond holding 100,000 liters of water and the pump easily moves the water up to a waterfall, head height 2 meters.”

“I had a inpond filter sytem which always needed cleaning so decided to go for the Biosmart 7000 pond filter set. Had the sytem for two weeks and decided to clean the filters, which was easy to complete. I had to purchase a T-mex 50mm-40mm 09.0814 Flexible Adaptor from Amazon for the outflow because I wanted black 40mm pipe which works fine. The staff at Water Garden were very helpful and I would recommend.”
