“Hopeless Service and a hopeless product. Called twice to ask for help and received no help whatsover. Waste of money. I purchased a heron scarer at a cost exceeding £ 200. It has a motion sensor and sends ut noises and lights to frighten the heron. It does not work because it comes on late at night and causes disturbance even when it is switched off, so I have to disconnect it at the mains at bed time. When the heron vitis before breakfast the next day, the scarer is not operating because I had to disconnect it from the mains the night before. Rubbish.”

“I would rate water garden the five stars for service but not fir the make/brand. We have now had three ballasts and the filter is only five years old. Quality is poor. Wouldn’t buy this make again. Nothing but trouble from day one”

“We visited Water Garden on a recommendation from a local pond contractor who would recommend no other pond plant supplier. We were not disappointed! As novices we were relying on a lot of advice about the plants suitable for our particular pond. The small team were brilliant and their huge knowledge enabled us together to select a range of plants and everything else we needed to successfully install them in our pond which now looks fabulous. The team provided us with explicit instructions for how to plant each one selected. We shall never look anywhere else.”

“Excellent service to be fair. Order was dealt with very quickly and the items arrived on time and well packed. I did order the wrong size hose - I had no way of knowing what size the pump would accept, but assumed adaptors. Yes, I should have called to confirm, but it would have been a great spot if someone had noticed and let me know. Asking too much? Yes probably! Will certainly order from them again.”

“From placing my order to delivery was very quick. Installed in a pond holding 100,000 liters of water and the pump easily moves the water up to a waterfall, head height 2 meters.”
