“I ordered three watch straps. I really liked them but, unfortunately, one was too thick to fit into my watch. The other two were perfect; good quality and a good price. I sent the unsuitable one back and received a refund as promised.”

“Good quality watch straps at a fair price. A little stiff at first, but in line with expectations and softened up nicely with a bit of leather conditioner. Couldn’t decide on black or dark brown, so bought one of each! They don’t look or feel like they’ll fall apart any time soon.”

“Quite good quality leather strap but only one size which is a bit too big for me. The return policy isn’t ok, basically if you remove from the package to try it on they refuse to take it back. Sure this is breach of consumer rights, but can’t be bothered to fight it out - certainly won’t shop there again unless they change their policy.”

“A good choice of watch straps, a quality product, I chose a natural buffalo leather strap, excellent service, speedy delivery and when I needed to exchange my strap for a larger size as I measured incorrectly, I emailed customer services and received a virtually instant reply and gave me details of where to return the strap for replacement. I received the new strap within two days. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again. Thanks!”

“I ordered 2 watch straps filling in details using apple pay which has the full address input automatically. The website did not register my house number. Addressed this issue in 2 emails and only received 1 strap and then got no response after trying to reach out. After posting a review I managed to get a response to my second email and issue was dealt with. The strap is ok, the curve does not fit the watch properly but I guess it just comes down to the watch you own. The strap is more suitable for thicker watches.”
