“Ordered and paid for 2 x watch straps on Thursday 20th April. Prompt delivery on Saturday 21st April however there was only 1 strap in the envelope. E-mailed and sent contact form on Monday 24th April requesting the second strap. Received no response to either of these queries and have not received the strap either. Terrible customer service.”

“Just the ticket! I ordered a 28mm leather watch strap as a replacement for an old strap on my Armani watch which had lasted no time at all. The new strap arrived in a few days and I was pleasantly surprised, in that it was genuine leather and fitted the watch perfectly making it once again wearable. First class product, first class service, thank you.”

“Very wide selection of watch straps to suit all watch styles. I was after a brown leather strap as an option to go with a recently acquired Seiko automatic, which came with a steel bracelet. Looking around, what I was looking for seemed very expensive on some sites, until I came across Watch Strap Style. I chose a good looking leather strap which cost less than £20. I wasn't expecting anything special at such a good price, but was really impressed when the strap arrived. It's extremely well finished with lovely stitching and generally a high quality look and feel. It was easy to fit to the Seiko and I think it looks great. To be honest, I was half expecting to be a bit disappointed, and use the strap as an interim strap before I could afford something 3x the price. But now I won't need to. The Watch Strap Style strap is more than good enough. Really excellent value for such a quality product.”
