“Great service. I ordered a strap and was then told it was out of stock BUT this company kept me posted on the short delay while new stock arrived. The delay was short and I was given correct information.
Unfortunately when the strap arrived, I found I had ordered the wrong size! Definitely my mistake it has been dealt with very well and a replacement is now on the way.”

I have favoured dealing with them because they are a UK (Welsh) company and if they state they have an item in stock they mean it; unlike a lot of companies who on receiving an order will then order same from China.
