I called on 20 of December again for an appointment and they send me in the pharmacy and asked me photo of her eyes (she is with down sindrome)and the pharmacist only told me to go to pik up the eye drops without to see her,she had the same drops two months ago without results?Please a doctor to see her 😢”

“Recently moved out of area after 42 years with this practice.
Informed the practice that we had changed our address. (Only 7 mins by car) We were given 30 days to find a new GP. We were concerned about our 2nd COVID vaccine which was due in April but were informed that it would not be a problem as the 2nd jab was given at the same practice as the 1st. I made sure that they had our new phone Number. As the 2nd was now overdue I contacted Warren Lane and was told we were no longer with this Surgery and should contact our new GP. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE”
“Quite possibly the worst doctors in the Uk. Everything that is wrong with the Nhs is condensed in to the surgery. You never see the same doctor twice. Locums only.”
