I found my whole experience with warrantywise a pleasure. They make the process very easy and clear to follow. My car broke down on 30th December late afternoon. An emergency service was sent out to my home. They helped get the vehicle to a vat registered garage who diagnosed a starter motor problem. Warrantywise gave clear instructions of how to proceed. My car was repaired with full coverage by Warrantywise. I want to thank them for a very good and honest service meeting what was stated in my plan. 5 stars from me

I called today for something quite simple, namely to update my payment details. The call was handled by Sue, who dealt with the matter efficiently and politely.

Not worth the paper it's printed on - since purchasing the warranty all they've done is weasel their way out of covering items through clauses and small print. I've now incurred over £5k of costs for repairs on my vehicle, specifically what I brought an extended warranty to avoid.

After a few admin problems setting up the warranty matters were quickly resolved after speaking to Marie Horsfield. She did what she said she would do without delay.

Scam Platinum plus warranty and they won’t sort out anything and won’t respond. It is sad that these companies are allowed to behave this way and essentially take peoples money and not do anything in return.

Been with Warrentywise for about 5 years - thankfully have not had to call on their services - though good to know that there will be support it needed. Today I had reason to call their Admin Team and spoke with Jayne - excellent service - payment method updated with no fuss or drama - so a great indication that if needed warranty support would be as good - thank you.

Should have read reviews before taking out warranty, not worth paper it is printed promise you the peace of mind for repairs but find every excuse not to pay out, example had a broken spring mot failure tried to claim and said not covered. after a long battle and having to get repair done paying out of own pocket eventually only paid for one spring and labour, even though states they will replace springs in pairs. AVOID THIS BUNCH.

Don’t get scammed. Opted 18 months ago for a platinum plus policy on a 3 year old 3000 miles VW Golf. Was reassured that everything was covered. Some parts excluded in Bronze, Silver and Gold but no mention in Plat or Plat plus policy. The car was serviced 5800 miles and a defect picked up on a drive shaft rubber boot was split - repair cost of £300… claim submitted and rejected under clause F3.3 - non mechanical and A22 non contact non moving part. They claim they agreed a compromise and an amicable settlement 6 weeks later after much stress and inconvenience which was for £270 and not the full amount. Be aware that they are not regulated by the FCA and exempted from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme - who regulates these cowboy scammers ?

Scammers, sell you a Platinum warranty telling you everything is covered when in fact not a lot is covered, they have that many get out clauses for every scenario that you end up not covered for anything, how the law lets them keep trading is beyond belief, and as for all these fake 5 star reviews in the last week are allowed to remain on the site is anybody's guess, normally 1 or 2 reviews a week now loads and all 5 stars in one week, anybody thinking of taking out their warranty my advice would be to look further back than these recent 5 star reviews and see the 1 star real reviews.
