“This is the first time one of my insured pets has needed treatment. I thought it would be a chore getting authorisation for the treatment but it has been surprisingly straight forward! Just waiting for the outcome now!”

“Absolutely disgusted in the policy increase on renewal this year from £10.42 to nearly £16. Whilst the increase is five pound and a number of pence it’s the percentage increase of over 50% and this after over two years with the insurance provided and making no claims. All companies seem to be taking advantage of us as consumers hiding behind the media hype around the cost of living. The average wage increase in 2023 for private sector is 6.7% and 4.1% for public sector. However, companies are inflating prices and expecting us to go with the flow.”

There are a number of reasons for the price increase which include vet inflation, a change in the breed price and also when a pet gets older each year prices increase gradually. By far one of the worst pet insurance companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with, the staff give misinformation and constantly contradict them selves to try and bend the rules so as not to pay out for straight forward and honest claims. After being a supervisor at a very will known world renowned Ape Sanctuary Monkey World in Dorset, with years of animal care, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with an insurance company who’s marketing campaign says, Pet Insurance Sucks! They claim to have yours and your pets best interest at heart? the very pets we try so hard to protect. Be warned! Waggle like they say have changed it, they’ve made it worse! if you care about the welfare of your pets health and well being and an insurance company that doesn’t suck, think very carefully about choosing Waggle. in my humble professional opinion, there are more honourable insurance companies out there to protect your pets best interests.”

“I just wanted to say how brilliant this insurance company is. Made a claim around a week-10 days ago. This is my first ever claim, it was processed promptly and had an email today confirming exactly how much is being paid etc. The live chat team are great, I wasn’t expecting it to be this simple and will 100% be recommending their services”

“I did have to pay a £30 admin fee to my vets as they said this is for dealing with Waggel. This was on top of the £250 excess I paid directly to them. Is this correct?”
