i've order on 23th of may and now is 14th of june.i spent +£300 and they did not even post them yet and everyday you contact them(after 30min waiting) they have different story.if you want to throw away your money so go on use this website.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!i have no other option but contact the police

Purchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2013 from this company over a month ago. After a failed delivery of 6th April I called and got the response of 'it would be a week late'. No package a week on called again, 'sorry were having stocking issues in our European warehouse'. Another week on and 'your package has been lost and we are unable to fulfill your order please accept our apologies' . There website says it in stock now. I'll leave you to make up your mind about this company.

Be very careful in reading on delivery - on the website it states that "most" items are delivered between 2-3 working days - this is just not the case. They want to even make money on "quick" delivery. You have to wait till you go through the ordering process and then standard delivery is suddenly 12 working days!! which is almost 3 weeks... Royal mail: 7-9 working days - still 2 weeks. I called them and the best they could do is then 9 working days - they told me they don't have the item in stock (contrary to the website) and need to order it (it was just a wifi router). So - if you have time and wait - try it - if not don't touch them!

This company is the worst I've come accross. They say they have the items in stock but this isn't true at all. If they you goto leave the website a pop up message says "if buy from us now we will upgrade your delivery at no extra cost and you will get it even sooner" This was a lie and they didn't even have it in stock. After realising this is a dodgy company, those indian scamming companies that are all over the internet, I decided to do some research online. Well I was shocked to see so many people have been scammed by them. You are basicly lending them money interest free. Anyway my surprise is that google still allows them to advertise even though so many people have complained. This company had so many bad reviews that they started to pay customers £5.00 to write good reviews for them. How bad is this company? the worst kind.

WAE+ expect more DECEIT, for less SERVICE These people accepted my payment immediately, for what they clearly advertised as an "in stock" item (my purchase 27th March) and then emailed me several days later (10th April) to say..... " this item is no longer available due to issues" ....and in my case claim that I emailed them to query stock!! which I most certainly did not, why would I when the item was ordered when IN STOCK and my order designated as awaiting fulfilment. So I asked for a refund, the non supply of the ordered item being totally attributable to this companies inability to deliver upon the transaction, not me the customer. This is where the sting kicks in, please read pasted email from them which I received today (please see below) "Dear Customer, Thank you for your email, We are sorry you are not satisfied with your order, We will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund. The full refund will be processed and back into your account soon from when cancelled 11-04-2013 by at 10:35am. As per the trems and condition which we have of 30 days time frame. We aim to resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your time and cooperation. Kind Regards Accounts Team WAE+" So in effect I have provided this company with what I am sure will be a 30~40 day interest free loan, purely because as a customer I was tempted by the price of a supposedly IN STOCK item. I can only recount my experience of them (WAE+) obviously. However, I can only hope that by taking the time to write this review, that prospective WAE+ customers will weigh up my experience against "positively glowing" reviews that have been posted within hours of purchasing from their website (store credit incentive), without knowing what the outcome of their transaction will be??? Hopefully, some of you will then avoid involuntarily subscribing to providing this company with a 30+ day interest free loan (when your IN STOCK order becomes unavailable several days after they have banked your payment, due to issues beyond you, the customers control). Do yourselves a good service, learn from my mistake/experience and avoid any purchase or transaction with WAE+

never again: Very bad experience. I placed my order on 13th of March, was quoted 4-6 business days delivery. Money were taken from my account the same day. Before placing an order I called waeplus to confirm that they have it in stock, and they did. I also called them a few days after that to see if they still have it in stock and if my order has been shipped. I was told that it's in process. When my order didn't arrive on the 21st of March the latest as it was promised I called them again to figure out what's happening. I was told that they are having some problems with my order and that it will be delivered by the end of next week. I asked customer support officer what kinda problems exactly are they having and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get an answer out of them, all I got was that it was a problem on their side and they assured me that I'll get it by the end of next week (which is 25-th - 28th of March). So what a fool I was to believe it. On the 23rd of March I used their fast response contact, since they work only on weekdays, I expected to get a reply on Monday or Tuesday morning but nobody contacted me. So I called them today again, I spent 20+ minutes on hold and while waiting I checked my order status online and what I found was that "This order is marked as Stocking Issues". I must note that since I placed my order I checked status online everyday, and it said awaiting fulfilment and today I get this. WTF???!!! As I already said they had in stock when I placed my order and they even had it on 22nd of March. But now it's gone. Ok, back to today's conversation with customer support, at first I was told that they'll have in stock next week, when I asked if she's sure about it, she said that not really and she can't tell me when it will be back in stock. I asked for manager or someone from logistics department and was told that they'll tell me same thing, I kept insisting but still didn't get contacts info. Finally I convinced her to email me saying that once they have it in stock it will be shipped to me. In this email I was also offered to get an alternative from them or a refund. I decided to wait a few more days but I still would like to speak to someone from management or logistics department. Overall terrible retailer, I wish I ordered this item from amazon even tho it would cost me a bit more.
