Overall, enough content covered with a variety of discussions points/topics included. Would benefit from a short session within the larger agenda where Co-Pilot could be enabled so we could see the 'meeting note taking' and associated capabilities in action live. Another 'testing purpose' demonstration could be created to show the 'Outlook/Teams' skills in action as well. how Co-Pilot retrieves data from previous email chains/Chats and helps to create content reminder/agenda/actions planning. Length was great, avoiding worst of the traffic was a great end to the day, but could always move the start time a little earlier to compensate this many attendees arrived earlier to avoid being late with traffic issues. And finally of course the purpose of the session is to get us onboard, but to do this and be able to 'sell' to customers we need active case studies and first hand experience etc. So some kind of incentive for testing/PoC trial of the tool should be offered. (Even if only restricted to those that complete the course/badge, this would still be of great use for Microsoft having qualified test users with real hands on experience of the tool. Getting permission to use the tool within the business before we can sell it to customers will be difficult without such an offer to utilise, which seems like an oversight of launch by Microsoft.

We had a first in-person meeting with Rob on Monday 11th March following a number of MS Teams meetings with Rob and the team. It been an absolute please, and so refreshing to start our partnership they way we expect business to be done. Rob's product knowledge is already proving helpful in the early stages of our partnership giving us the confidence that often was missing with previous suppliers and distributors. We're looking forward to the journey ahead!
