“I ordered a black satin corset, the first corset I have ever bought. And unfortunately, I only realised as soon as I bought it that I ordered the wrong size. I didn't know there is a variety. Anyway I immediately contacted the store in the hope of rectifying it and gave order number, size needed etc. But got no response and then a few weeks later, got an email to say that my order has been sent out with original wrong size ordered. Now, I will have to go through the process of sending it back and waiting directly my proper size. I know this is my mistake but I don't know why they have customer service.”

I am sorry to hear that you do not feel you have received a satisfactory customer service from us. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing some technical issues with our e-mails, which have now been resolved. We are more than happy to reimburse you your postage costs for the return of the corset and will dispatch your desired size upon receipt of the return.

“Great quality and arrived fast! I have scoliosis and never wear tight-fitting clothes as they are never flattering, so I was not expecting much. The corset I ordered gave me shape I didn't know I have and it made me feel sexy - which I haven't felt in a very long time. Very flatterinng. Will get more. Thank you!”

“I purchased from Vollers for my Wife's birthday. The original order was placed, and after a short while a lady phoned to say the size was out of stock briefly. She gave me a timescale of a few days which was efficient but I elected to order the next size up which was in stock. Good customer service. I had elected to have the item gift-wrapped. This was done by hand, and the tag handwritten. My only wish would be for the garment to be in a beautiful Vollers box and with a printed card in an envelope. Many expensive garments I purchase come in a box which allows them to be stored much better. I would ask Vollers to go to this extra mile. Even if there is a cost it would add further gravitas to a respected, quality product. Happy to support an English company with great pedigree. 👍 get boxes!!! I expect it for my next order.”

“I ordered a corset and was excited for it to arrive, but when I received an email asking me to confirm whether I would like them to use a different fabric as the one they had was out of stock, I was unable to get through to reply. I tried emailing, calling and using the live chat function on the website, but none of these worked - my emails kept bouncing back when I sent them, and I did not receive a reply to my calls or chats. I still haven't received either a corset or a refund, and am very disappointed, as I was looking forward to finally having a made to measure corset!”

We have recently moved sites and have been having technical difficulties, with broadband and telephone not being installed straight away and then issues with the equipment they supplied. “I Received my corset today and must say that I am very disappointed with the finish of the item. Sadly the ends do not seem to be finished properly and have arrived fraying. My husband choose this corset as a gift for me very carefully and we are both very upset at the quality. Your feedback on this matter would be gratefully received.”

I am so sorry you have received your corset with frayed ends. This is not how we send out our corsets and have never an issue with this before. I fully understand your disappointment and would ask you to please send it back so we can inspect and rectify and return it to you. Any expense you are put to will of course refunded you. “Beautifully made and elegant. I purchased the Fever corset. Product and sizing information provided was very helpful. The customer service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in ordering again from Vollers. The only suggestion I’d like to make, as this is my first corset, is that the printed instructions supplied with the corset are a little difficult to understand, so I had to go online and viewed YouTube videos produced by Orchard Corsets on fitting/wearing the corset for the first time and how to season the corset properly.”

“Stunning presentation box and very well packaged. Quick delivery. Unfortunately the standard size was a little short for what i wanted so a made to measure is probably better for me. Corset was beautiful quality. After returning the corset i received the refund the day after. Never had such fabulous service anywhere. The sign of good service is identified when you need a refund and Vollers are beyond excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend 👌”

It is always concerning if a customer has a problem. I have no record of a customer having a problem trying to return one of our corsets and we are always happy to exchange or refund and happy to do this past the legally required time frame. As this customer has left out their name and order details it is impossible to see when they ordered. We do offer a lifetime guarantee and the terms and conditions are on our web site.

“I have visited Vollers on 4 occasions now and each time have been very appreciative of the friendly and supportive attention from Corina and Lynne. This has been especially valuable to me as a man who cross dresses. I was very anxious before my first visit but the warmth shown then has resulted in my looking forward to subsequent visits. I have just received the 3 corsets I ordered on my last visit and they are as splendid as ever. They are of superb quality and look and feel wonderful. “Brilliant. I have fibromyalgia and many days have struggled to get out of bed with the pain. Vollers made me a made to measure Nicole corset in dawn brocade. It is absolutely brilliant. My pain levels have dropped by about 80 %, making it so much easier to get back into work. Drastically improving my quality of life. It is worth every penny. Corrine and Lynn bent over backwards to help. Forever grateful to them all. True artists”
