I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered... A friend of mine loves the Volcom brand, I thought I'd buy him a nice Christmas present, right now I wish i'd just punched myself in the crotch instead, he'd have found it funny and it would have been a better experience for me too. Originally I placed and order for a hoodie, it was cancelled due to no stock. I received a small discount voucher for my inconvenience so thought anyone can make a mistake, lets give them another go. I then chose a different hoodie, and also a cheeky beanie for my bud paid for (in part) by the nice discount. I would have been better off licking a car battery. Second order placed, paid, then shock horror cancelled - and this time I was told the refund would be for the hoodie - less my discount! So I have lost my discount, and my hoodie and right now I have zero refunds showing on my account. I called customer service, and was told that they have dispatched the beanie so I will have to wait for that to be resolved before they can give me my money back!!!! This is not customer service - right now it feels a little like robbery. If I haven't had the refund in the next few days I am going to have to start the process of raising a dispute with my bank - which is as much fun as stubbing my toe. All the while I am out of pocket and my buddy doesnt have a christmas present. If you have got this far reading this review. Save yourself a load of trouble - dont order from Volcom. My experience tells me you would be better off giving yourself a paper cut between your toes. Avoid. If I could give them less than one star I would. Do not recommend.

Been waiting for my package for over 3 weeks now. The promised delivery time was 3-5 days. They said my adress was wrong, it was not. There wasn’t even a typo. A day after calling the customer service i received an e-mail that my package arrived. It did not, i looked everywhere. It still has not arrived and now I apparently have to prove to Volcom that i do not have it in order to get my money back…. Beautiful clothes, horrible company

Terrible. They sent me someone else’s goods and then told me I had to make arrangements to return them before they would send me my correct items. No help at all and complete refusal to put right their mistake. I will never buy from them again.

Don't spend your money with this company. They owe me more than $200 for a return from 2 weeks ago. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone or for customer service to get back to you. If they do get back from you it's only after you've wasted hours of time trying to contact them and you've had to get nasty about it. And the only response will be some BS excuses to buy themselves more time. Still waiting on my refund which is a pretty large amount of money. 2 weeks is unacceptable to still not have my money back. Some people wouldn't be able to afford to lose that much money for that amount of time. Like that could really hurt some people. They don't care. Like I said, UNACCEPTABLE and I will NEVER purchase from them again or support their company in any way, shape or form. I will continue to spread the word that people shouldn't spend their money with them either.

First time shopping with volcom and it will be the last, such poor customer service help on returning items, I ordered a shirt for my son , it was the wrong size, I've tried sending it back TWICE! at my own cost, they tell my in an email I'm responsible for the tax on returns also , how do I know how much I need to pay, it dosnt tell the customer, and now they're telling me Ive gone beyond the 30 days for a refund !!! I will avoid at all costs in the future.

Item took 11 days to arrive and then had a hole in it. Volcom customer services is very slow and 6 days later have told me they don't do 'exchanges' or 'replacements' so will not send me a new item. I have to send back the defective item and wait for a refund, then re-purchase if I want it. I will avoid Volcom in future. Cheap quality and bad customer service.

An absolute joke. Received an email about a sale - bought some jeans and had the order cancelled without warning a day later. I had to ask customer service myself what happened. Was offered a measly 10% discount code, that didn't actually work on first try. Ordered another size - guess what? The same thing happened. Order cancelled without any reason or justification from customer service. At the time of writing this review, the jeans have now gone back up to full price with the out of stock versions still available to add to your basket and check out.

A co.uk website, charging in £‘s. Sent US sized shoes, not uk, without stating on the product page. Refused to take responsibility and said I had to pay for the return to FRANCE. Their customer services claimed fictitiously that it clearly states US sizes, it does not, I took screen shots. Worst case of customer services I have come across in years. FRANCE based pretending to be in the UK. AVOID.
