“Hi, the Biochef high performance blender is doing a lovely job at creatinig smooth smoothies. I really like the easy to use control with the choice of 1 min and 35 second options as means I can add my broccoli sprouts in at the end on the 35 second blend. Only criticism is the smoothie is mixing with oxygen as the mix is flying up a bit and you can see the oxygen bubbles in the smoothie itself and of course this can oxidise the smoothie more quickly. For the price I'm pleased. I could not register the warranty as my search engine wasn't accepting this and the 10 yrs motor and 7 yrs parts sounds impressive but they say fair wear and tear is excluded so will that be used as a reason not to fix the blender?”

“I ordered my air fryer before Christmas it was on a 3-5 day delivery when it didn't turn up I emailed . You were very quick in replying telling me you had a delivery issue. It came in January . I love my new biotec air fryer. I would definitely use your site again.”

“Given accurate information about the Zen Infrared sauna which we purchased as a result. It arrived without us receiving any notifiation or call from the courier as promised. There were no build or use instructions included with it. We did put it together and have found it to be of good quality and it performs as intended. It is heavy and sliding it into position in the corner of the room was difficult. We used the cardboard box it came in to help. Used twice in 10 days we already feel better. Buy it.”

“the product is very well made and everything my wife has hoped it would be , however delivery was another thing you state it is delivered to your doorstep, well it came on a sprinter van doubled up[two high] the case had to be taken apart on the van and removed piece by piece if it had been raining it would have been sent back have you not heard of tail lift and pallet truck this was to me just cost cutting other people who have seen the reformer will not now buy because of the way it was delivered,”

“My vibroslim came defective, with something like a nail lose within. Vitality 4 Life has the best customer service. They were understanding of my particular situation and took care of everything for me free of charge. As soon as they receive this one, they will send a replacement. I am very grateful to them and excited for arrival of the new one. Thank you Vitality 4 Life! I recommend them 100%”

“Purchased a new front section for my juicer - it was quite expensive. However, really great that it could be replaced as a component rather than having to also throw away the motor section which was still working well. Replacement plate easily fitted as per on-line video. It is working again but the quality of the materials are not as good as original and consequently juicing is not quite as good as when new. However, the motor was purchased over 20 years ago so it is remarkable it is still usable. Thank you for offering a cost effective solution to replacement.”

“The BioSARi product seems to heat the room as designed. I will try and calculate the savings suggested against a traditional heater. I'm a little disappointed with the appearance as the Mable isn't shiny so it's not suitable as a showpiece. You can see the watermarks after the product has been in use for over 4 hours. Ideal for a garage heater or spare room. I would have preferred the controls at the top, so aiding the elderly or a remote option. Registering the warranty process has been difficult, as the order number has is required is not the original customer order number, 5 emails later the support services from the UK managed to assist with this issue.”

“I was initially disappointed with the item being out of stock yet the funds had been taken, the item arrived well packed and fulfilled my expectations, though it would have been nice to have a more comprehensive recipe book.”

“Good communication.Speedy delivery. Shame there is no recipe book to go with the Air fryer. You can download a few recipes but I think a recipe book should accompany this oven, it would be very helpful as Air frying is new to most people.”
