“Hugely disappointed with this company. Placed an order they cancelled the following day due to no stock left. Said they would refund my money. Over 3 weeks later no money, lots of empty promises from Tracy the UK Customer Manager, she did give me the email address (after I asked multiple times) for the line manager Adam and company Director and owner Roger, but neither Adam or Roger have had the decency to answer my email and request for my money back. So the saga continuesm It is alot of money they owe me. Don't buy from this company!”

“Good communication.Speedy delivery. Shame there is no recipe book to go with the Air fryer. You can download a few recipes but I think a recipe book should accompany this oven, it would be very helpful as Air frying is new to most people.”

“Purchased a Treadmill. Each time I used it the whole WiFi went off. This was impractical as I wanted to watch YouTube videos for an exercise programme plus my husband wanted to be able to use his mobile phone. After 5 days of trying different techniques to try and stop this nothing worked so I contacted Vitality to arrange a return under the 30-day money-back guarantee. Be aware to read the full return details as free returns do not include large items unless faulty. You could argue mine is faulty but still, they are refusing to pay the return cost. Not very customer friendly. I will never use or recommend this company.”

“Don't use this company. I ordered £1900 reformer. Unfortunately, 2 days before delivery I had to cancel the order. They cancelled the order and agreed to refund me. 2 weeks later and various emails sent, no refund and they are ignoring my emails. This is a fraudulent company that have no customer service agents.”

“Bought item from Vitality. DPD never delivered it, so we agreed for refund. After about 6-8 weeks still waiting for refund. Never ever going to buy anything from here.”

“I placed my order however it turned out that the item was damaged and couldn't be dispatched. With no other stock available the order was cancelled for a refund. To date, nearly 1 month later and after chasing on more than 1 occasion I still haven't received the refund which is close to £2,000! Very disappointing indeed”

“I ordered a heating device directly from their website with clearpay. I had to cancel the order one hour later because of the very negative reviews on Amazon. Vitality 4 Life did not cancel the order on my clear pay account After several emails, I had to open a dispute because I had to continue to pay them for a product I did not receive. No customer service. They may run on AI as I received email replies from a ''manager'' supposedly taking urgent action but no action. Avoid this company at all costs, they have very negative reviews on Trustpilot. check them first.”

“I had several wrong parts in my machine, and the 2 yellow springs were of different tension. The machine clearly fell off the production line, and I can only conclude that it was a returned machine and peiced together then sent to me. I am returned machine and have been waiting a whole week at home, yet they still organise pick up. Still waiting for it to be picked up. Very annoyed”

“I was very disappointed with this company I read loads good reviews on websites that’s why me and my husband decided that we order juice from yous we paid over 349 pounds is a loads of money and juicer coming very fast but I was shocked when I open the box because was dirty and old I spend loads off my time to phone to you and charge me over 30 pounds for my phone call to the vitality 4 life”

“I have never encountered such a poor customer service ever!!! I bought a Biochef vacuum sealer on 25 May from Vitality4life website and it didn't work at all. I sent them email right away to ask to return. Today is 10 June. During this period, I have sent several emails which were answered by them by asking me some unimportant questions instead of really talking about how I could return the machine. And I also called the customer serivce phone number several times which were never picked up by a real person but only by an answering machine. I highly doubt the integrity of this Vitality4Life and would definitely recommend my friends against buying anything from there!!!”
