About Vitality 4 Life Australia:

Vitality 4 Life is an Australian owned and operated company, with the global head quarters located in beautiful Byron Bay in Northern NSW. We are a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about both health and the Vitality 4 Life Approved Product Range. Owner and Company Director, Roger Akins, first discovered cold press juicers in the late 1980's. Understanding the importance of raw foods and his personal experience of using raw fruits and vegetables to turn his health around; Roger saw cold press juicers as miracle machines. A machine which could deliver a nutrient-dense living juice directly into the bloodstream. A machine which would allow one to consume a normal days worth of fruits or vegetables in just one glass! His incredible passion for cold press juicers and raw foods was the beginning of Vitality 4 Life. Starting simply as the knowledge of what juicing and raw foods could do for one's health.

Paid $500 forms juicer that the filter that is constantly breaking this cheap flimsy filter cannot keep up with the juicer it needs redesigning

This company tried but failed dismally to provide a satisfactory level of true service that I required. They were always friendly while they constantly stuffed my order around. They were pleasantly incompetent. I am sure they will have all the excuses in the world to justify the still non-delivery of my goods. Bottom line: after 3 weeks waiting for something that was apparently in stock when I rang to check, I still don't have the goods! Very unsatisfied customer. You might try keeping the obvious spare parts in stock next time.

I bought a massage chair in February of last year (2013) and this is the first contact I have had from the company asking if my product had arrived and if it was satisfactory. I felt I had been abandoned as soon as the sale was finalised. The delivery process was frustrating, to say the least. I couldn't find out where the product was, no-one was able to help me. I waited in for days until it did randomly arrive - unlike the call from the company to make sure everything was fine.

When the product arrived it had pieces missing, and despite having sent FOUR emails !!!! I am STILL waiting for a response ! Not Happy :(

I cannot comment of my product yet because I ordered a Huron juicer last week but have had no confirmation that my order has been dispatched nor have i received any information on tracking of the shipment. This would be helpful because I have no idea of estimated time of delivery. thank you Annabel Morgan-de Laine
