About Vitality 4 Life Australia:

Vitality 4 Life is an Australian owned and operated company, with the global head quarters located in beautiful Byron Bay in Northern NSW. We are a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about both health and the Vitality 4 Life Approved Product Range. Owner and Company Director, Roger Akins, first discovered cold press juicers in the late 1980's. Understanding the importance of raw foods and his personal experience of using raw fruits and vegetables to turn his health around; Roger saw cold press juicers as miracle machines. A machine which could deliver a nutrient-dense living juice directly into the bloodstream. A machine which would allow one to consume a normal days worth of fruits or vegetables in just one glass! His incredible passion for cold press juicers and raw foods was the beginning of Vitality 4 Life. Starting simply as the knowledge of what juicing and raw foods could do for one's health.

I have been using the Hydrogen Health Water bottle for the passed 2 months and it has NOT changed anything in my body or life, don't buy this product, it's just an expensive glass water bottle with a light. SCAM!

Warning! Sold me a dodgy product and still no refund 2 years laterWe bought a Foldable Pro Pilates Reformer which was faulty. They made us do all the trouble shooting and to be their technical advisers and work out what was wrong for them. It took over a year for them to act and then after many complaints and without warning the shipped another one to my old address. Luckily the new owners let me know. We picked it up and guess what?! This had the same fault. Again the saga of trying to get them to act. We had shipped back the first one. They tried to make us pay for delivery but as it was faulty this is against consumer law and we told them there was no way it was legal for them to make us pay. They eventually sent me the second RTS paperwork to courier that one back. This was retimed middle of 2023. I have sent multiple emails and requests for my refund to no avail. Run away. This company sells dodgy products and doesn’t refund or rectify according to consumer law

Awful. Broke straight away. Such a pain to sort out. Not a cheap machine. Now I have to find a box to post it back. The manufacturer hasn’t gotten back to me (after a couple attempts-waterlovers avoid that one as well) and this company claim the machine is a product Recall. I’ve found no evidence of that online. Ill be avoiding in the future.

Purchased juicer with 5yr on parts, 10year on motor. The auger split into two and mesh plastic cap snapped within warranty but vitality4life simply refuses to warrant .. because "natural wear and tear".. well duh I used the Juicer, biochef synergy. Avoid this scamming company that refuse to honour warranty.

We ordered an expensive piece of pilates equipment for our physio practice and when it arrived it was in terrible condition!! It was really badly damaged and unacceptable! So we had to send it back for a refund. A few months after it being picked up and having filled out all the appropriate paperwork and speaking to someone from the company on the phone who authorized the refund we still hadn't received the payment! We had to follow this up and have only now been paid. Overall very unhappy with the experience.

Aquasana under sink filter housing. Had to order part for water filter, because the person I spoke to could not understand which part I required. Sent three emails and pictures of part. So much for Lifetime Guarantee. If I could of bought part elsewhere, I would not of dealt with this company.

The juicer I bought didn't work. The returns process was terrible, badly communicated, stressful and time consuming. I was going through cancer treatment at the time and it was not what I needed. I wasn't offered a real apology or any kind of concession. I would never ever buy anything from this company again.
