About Vitality 4 Life Australia:

Vitality 4 Life is an Australian owned and operated company, with the global head quarters located in beautiful Byron Bay in Northern NSW. We are a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about both health and the Vitality 4 Life Approved Product Range. Owner and Company Director, Roger Akins, first discovered cold press juicers in the late 1980's. Understanding the importance of raw foods and his personal experience of using raw fruits and vegetables to turn his health around; Roger saw cold press juicers as miracle machines. A machine which could deliver a nutrient-dense living juice directly into the bloodstream. A machine which would allow one to consume a normal days worth of fruits or vegetables in just one glass! His incredible passion for cold press juicers and raw foods was the beginning of Vitality 4 Life. Starting simply as the knowledge of what juicing and raw foods could do for one's health.

“Great customer service! Very personal, which is rare in these days. Also, love my wheat grass juicer. It's a little bit of effort, however, worth in terms of health benefits.”

“I had to purchase a new juicing section for my Oscar DA900 juicer as the current one had worn out after only 12 months. The pulp stated backing up into the auger chute regardless of thoroughly I cleaned it. I replaced it with the juicing assembly form the DA1000 which seems to be a much better unit..so far. So on the plus side the service was fine and delivery was timely. On the negative side I wasn't impressed having to spend a LOT of money to keep the juicer going after only 12 months. Hopefully this one will last much longer.”

“when starting out on a change in diet, juicing seemed the easiest option, choosing a juicer, not such an easy option. called the vitality office and was given a thorough questioning on why I was looking to buy a juicer and was directed towards the one that suited me the best, and now I love my Atlas Whole, it is perfect for what I need, thank you vitality...”

“We ordered an expensive piece of pilates equipment for our physio practice and when it arrived it was in terrible condition!! It was really badly damaged and unacceptable! So we had to send it back for a refund. A few months after it being picked up and having filled out all the appropriate paperwork and speaking to someone from the company on the phone who authorized the refund we still hadn't received the payment! We had to follow this up and have only now been paid. Overall very unhappy with the experience.”

“I love it. When I first I used it I thought something was wrong with the machine... it was so quiet. After using the "Champion Juicer" for the past 30 odd years, what a difference. Easy to use and clean. The juice is wonderful. Also I've made smoothies and frozen, just magic. My daughter also purchase a juicer a few days after trying mine. Best ever.”

“First up purchase experience: - informative web site - could do better with some of the product photos - put yourself in the consumer's shoes, large, clear photos always help - shipping was a bit slow - smooth purchase process, good price About the juicer: - Excellent build quality - easier to clean than my old oscar - pump out nice juice.”

“My experience has been 'mixed'. Online ordering/payment was quick and efficient (ordered 26th January and dispatched 28th January) however on querying why I hadn't received product a week later I was informed that due to me living in a rural area I wouldn't receive my purchase till the following week (Tuesday 10th February 2015 - 10 business days). A little disappointed that its going to take so long to reach me (considering, for example, that I have ordered products online from Newcastle before 11.00 am and received it the following day). My feedback would to source a delivery company that provides a high level of customer service and satisfaction.”

“My order was promptly executed but the big surprise was that it arrived 3 days earlier than expected, also when an additional small cog wheel was needed this too arrived free of charge and in very quick time. Outstanding thank you”
