I completed the Level 3 Food Safety course and was all set to leave a 5 star review as I found the course very informative and interesting and really enjoyed the fact that I could go through it at my own pace. Unfortunately I have now been waiting over a month for my certificate in the post, I've noticed that other courses seem to let you print your own certificate off at the end but this one has to be posted to you for some reason. I've contacted the Learner Support team now on three occasions by email and also by phone but still don't have my certificate, I passed the course back on the 13th of September and I just feel ripped off over the fact that no one can seem to provide me with physical proof of passing this course and yet with other courses on the site the learner gets to print their certificate as soon as they pass.

The course was pretty good I paid for myself and three other of my staff I got two of the email addresses wrong I've tried to ring for days and sent a email without reply

Did the course , passed , they didn't send me my certificate , when I phoned I wasn't even on system , bit of a joke

Hi Colin, I am very sorry to hear about your experience. I have spoken with our Learner Support team and they have advised that due to a temporary issue, which has now been resolved, your certificate was delayed and sent a few days after completion rather than on a next day service. As a gesture of goodwill, they have also advised that you were refunded £12 by way of an apology for the delay, so your premium certificate was free of charge on this occasion. regards Virtual College

I haven't been able to download the course, and therefore ~I haven't been able to do the course yet. Negative feedback.

I just wanted to get a quick version of kitchen hygiene certificate but unfortunatey, myself and partner spent half a day on the first part of your couirse and we still have not had time to spend another half day to complete the course let alone get a certificate. What's changed so much since taking this course 3 yerrs ago, I suppose these training companies have to make everything more and more complex to justify their charges. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED might have to sort around to find a course that will take say 1 HOUR !!!!!!! and is suitable for my particular needs. Have you ever considered a short version for hand working owners who are pushed for time and do not have a large enough business to employ staff.

I work 7 days a week and I have little spare time so when half way through the course it wont let me in I am not happy, really not happy

It is my wife doing the course and it is so user unfriendly she was in tears and had to stop before she really got started. My Granddaughter, a university student, has completed the course after several sessions taking much longer than expected. She said it was the worst on-line course she had undertaken. I had a look at the course and was pleased I was not doing it. You need to re-think what you are trying to achieve. Ian Extance

Very slow website (too 3 hours and crashed numberous times). Didn't like having to labour through each screen. A wasted 3 hours to do a test I could have passed straight off - it's all common sense.

Still haven't received the codes to do the two courses I paid for in November I have made numerous calls to rectify this but as polite and helpful as the operators were I still didn't receive the information to go ahead with the courses. Very disappointed and going to go with someone else now as I don't seem able to get them from your company. Unfortunately due to not receiving the courses booked or a refund I would not recommend your company
