“Easy course to follow with good graphics . Nice to have questions part way through, to ensure understanding. My only comment would be - on the certificate it does not state how long the qualification lasts for !”

“They take payment and send a link to log in but don't provide a password. Using password reset produced an email saying click here to reset password - but it isn't clickable. Telephone the help number 01943 885095 but it is "not in service" - an odd expression suggesting perhaps the number is disconnected. Phone their main number but they are not open. So we paid for a course but we cannot access anything or talk to anyone.”

Good morning, When a purchase is made, an email is sent to the learner with a hyperlink in it, this link will take the learner to the log-in page and allow them to create a new password of their choice - the instructions are on the page. Once this is done, the learner is taken directly into their profile where they can find the course they have purchased. In your situation, you had an existing account with incomplete learning on it so no email with a password would have been sent as you should have already had a secure password known only to yourself. Our customer support team are available to assist all our learners on the number stated on our website - 01943 605976 I have looked into your account and note that you were able to log into your account and complete the training. “Overall the course was pretty good. The content was thorough and easy to follow. I had 2 staff going through and they both were held up in the same place as it froze. They tried to reload etc but still couldn’t unfreeze the section. Plus instead of holding their place they had to start over. In the end they had to miss the section entirely and move forward. They both passed still though.”
