“I was skeptical and unsure about whether getting a VA would work out for me and whether I'd have enough things to hand off. But I've been blown away with how useful this is. Virtalent seems like an exceptionally good company as my VA is excellent and pro-active, and the Virtalent support staff are also lovely and very helpful. I've had a very smooth experience throughout.”

“Anna has been the most amazing support to me and I would wholeheartedly recommend her and Virtalent. She has been incredibly responsive to emails, meeting requests from clients, made the most fantastic presentations and pdf documents for me and been really proactive. She has taken lots of regular tasks on such as invoicing and bank reconciliations too. She has equally supported me for non-work things as well - children's party venues, party bags etc. Anything which has allowed me to free up more time to focus on work. It has felt like having a full-time PA who has represented me and my company superbly. I can't recommend her and Virtalent enough. It has made all the difference to both progressing my business and giving me balanced time with family.”

“I needed help for three months to cover an unusually difficult period of work and travel. Virtalent - and my VA Gina - really helped this whole period go much more smoothly than I'd feared. I'm a self employed writer, so my line of work is unusual and I'm very used to working independently, which must make it very difficult for anyone to slot in and help pick up the pieces. But no matter how unusual or last minute the request, Gina was able to handle it quickly and calmly, giving me total peace of mind throughout. I was very impressed by the Virtalent's portal - which gives by the minute timesheet updates - and back office support too. I won't hesitate in returning to Virtalent when I need their support again, or in recommending them to others.”
