No lumbar support on seats or tilt causing Extreme Discomfort and pain very disappointed, they should be fined for cheap quality seats causing inconvenience pain distress and health problems, will never use the trains again, discomfort seats for Lonng and short journeys

At the ticket office I was given well researched information in a pleasant friendly way. The refreshment crew were helpful and interactive with the passengers. They smiled.

It has no booking fee compared to the trainline counterpart. Moreover they have a new improved website.
