“Outstanding service and products , customer care is on a different level and if you ever get the chance to visit the showroom your in for a real treat where you will feel totally at home trying out your new to be purchased item ! Our latest purchase was our forth settee and without a doubt the best one so far ! Can't praise and recommend this business enough so just check it out get yourself there and enjoy !”

“We went to Jowler Mill to try out some of the beautiful sofa’s. We received such a friendly welcome and were handed coffee and tray bake, and from that point on our experience was fantastic. I purchased a Marnie and a Haworth in airforce blue and the process and buying and delivery was made so easy. Even with a delivery to Scotland and requiring a two week delay to finish our decorating, the whole experience was completely uncomplicated. One of our sofas had a small bruise on it and nothing was too much trouble and the repair team were out very quickly and within half an hour the sofa was perfect. I love the comfort and style so much that I recently purchased a corner sofa in emerald green from ex-display. Having been to the mill and also experiencing the service, I knew confidently that an ex-display would be like new, and I was not disappointed. The sofa is perfect and in pristine condition and this is testament to how well the furniture is cared for by the Vintage Sofa Co family team. If you haven’t been to visit, you just need to! And I cannot recommend the furniture enough. It is beautiful and amazing quality.”

Our sofa arrived within a week and I am absolutely in love with it. It makes out home look even more classy! The service is top notch, from the online conversations to the greeting on arrival. “The Vintage Sofa Company is situated in a lovely stone mill up a picturesque valley. The choice of furniture is vast and is displayed so well. All the staff we met were friendly and very helpful and accommodating. We found just the furniture we were looking for and for a very reasonable price, we were informed about our furniture during its construction and when all was finished the delivery company delivered within twenty-four hours. We are so happy with our new furniture and would highly recommend the Vintage Sofa Company.”

“After thirty years our sofas were starting to look a little tired . It was time to start looking for new ones, so the hunt began to find something of equal quality that I could hopefully love as much, I like to explore every possible avenue before making a purchase . The quality and look comes first and foremost, comfort, size and price were all factors too. After visiting all the sofa showrooms I possibly could, sadly I found nothing that blew me away. After then trawling online I came across the Vintage Sofa Company, my first thought was that all their sofa’s, beautiful as they are, were quite dark in colour and wanting something lighter and brighter, were maybe not for me. However, I felt I needed to visit and take a look, even if it was just another place to rule out. On arrival we were welcomed by the lovely Kate and her daughter Georgina, both incredibly personable, not pushy on sales, but exceptionally helpful and informative, wow! what a showroom! Spread over three floors, something for everyone, well that’s if you want quality and also have taste😉 a proper Aladdin’s cave, most things in the showroom are darker in colour but all timeless pieces, they have some amazing beautiful fabrics and designs to choose from, we soon found the sofa, love chair and fabrics we had been looking for as they do bespoke furniture too, a combination of light and bright colours, as the sofa and love chair we ordered are British made we were told it would be approximately 8 weeks for delivery, we received it within 6, even better still. I can’t recommend the Vintage Sofa highly enough and I’m not someone who dishes out or receives compliments easily, the whole experience from start to finish was 10 out of 10,faultless exceptional family run business. I wish them every future success, they deserve it.”

“I live a fair way away from Halifax but knew which sofas I was interested in. An initial blip in organising the delivery of my sofa, however Alison soon sorted it. Alison also messaged me on her day off to confirm the delivery. Amazing service and I would have no hesitation from buying from Vintage Sofa Company again or recommending. The delivery men brought the sofa in to the room and I gave them all a bottle of ice cold water. Love my Oskar and love Vintage Sofa Company, my new go to shop for my home decor.
