“We received our Oxford slate sign earlier than expected, and it was extremely well packaged. It looks great on the wall of our new house. We are delighted. It doe so make a refreshing change to receive a good service.”

“The quality of the received signs was very good, however the three delays and correspondence with you was very poor. We were not sure when we would receive the signs you were unaware that we had paid the extra for one of the signs as requested. You need to get your administration sorted”

Hi Thank you for leaving a review. I am sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with the service received. I have looked into this and can see that there was a delay due to relocating premises at the time, which was advised on our website. I do apologise for the inconvenience of this. This delay was sadly increased due to needing to upgrade one of the sizes of the sign to accommodate all of the text. As these are hand-crafted signs they are bespoke and can take longer if we deem that the initial layout can not be accommodated, and therefore need to supply mock-ups of alternative layouts. Unfortunately as we do not get automatic notifications of payments being made we do advise customers to notify us upon payment, which I can see we were not advised of. To compensate for the delay we offered to upgrade one of your signs to match the size of the other sign free of charge :) We are glad to hear that you are happy with the very good quality of the signs received and apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay. Hi Thank you for leaving a review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the production and delivery time of our hand-painted resin signs. Our hand-crafted signs do take approx 6-8 weeks to produce and we do advise of some unfortunate delays on our website. I can see that your sign was delivered within 9 weeks. “The quality of the sign is acceptable, as it certainly looks "premium" when attached to the wall, but the materials are definitely cheaper than I was expecting. Also, disappointingly, after carefully considering font types and sizes when placing the order .. the distance between the house number and street name on the final product is significantly smaller than what was planned, bordering on being cluttered and almost unreadable in appearance.”

Hi Marc We are sorry to hear that you are not entirely happy with the product received. We offer a live preview on our website which shows how the artwork will be on the sign and this is how the sign will be printed. If you feel that it differs from the onscreen image we would advise to contact our customer care team to discuss this fault. I am unable to locate any previous correspondence regarding this? “Our order was submitted and accepted. Later we were advised there would be a two week delay due to a change of premises. Nothing further was heard. Only when we enquired were we advised there would be a further delay. Again nothing was heard. Only when we threatened to cancel the Order did it magically appear. Delivery was to be by DPD. Date and time were advised. Did not arrive nor on the next day. Informed Village Green. New delivery date and time were sent. This time we got our Order.”
