Used first time own brand 301 HP brill then ordered again only printed two a4 photos then empty got in touch not interested no replacements their loss won't use again

Shocking costumer service. The wrong item was delivered, they refused to acknowledge this, they wanted me to send the item back without a replacement product and without monies returned. Customer service is the worst.

I ordered my Bisley filing cabinet and paid £123.12 ordering it online. They delivered the wrong cabinet on which I called up immediately and spoke to customer service about, which was prolonged due to the lady keep asking me the same questions and not listening to what I was saying. I was told the cabinet would be picked up within 24 hours and the correct item would be ordered again, which I wasn't particularly happy about as I was now stuck with a cabinet in my hallway and I was also not happy to have taken a day off of work for the delivery (I was actually stuck with the cabinet for over a week!). I told the lady on customer service that I obviously expected to pay the online price not the more expensive price she was quoting me and she said she'd actually invoice me for the correct cost minus the tax due to the inconvenience and missed days off of work....which was meagre but I accepted. I now keep getting invoices emailed to me for £136.80 which I've emailed them twice about and had a prolonged, painful, frustrating telephone call with customer service about last week....the people they have on their customer service lines are diabolical and unprofessional. The lady on customer service said she'd sort the issue out after I forwarded the emails on to her but again this morning I'm getting emails from the credit office for the wrong/increased amount. I keep asking them to send me an invoice for the quoted amount and then I will pay straightaway but they ignore it. I will NEVER order from this comany again....steer clear people and order elsewhere.

Disgraceful customer service! Sorry I have to give them 1 star. Website said desk was available and it still does, three emails from different people today all quoting different delivery dates! Called and spoke to someone who said they didn't know when they would deliver. I've given up in frustration but will never order from them again. Only buy from them if you want to tear your hair out with frustration, I'm not kidding!

Rubbish 30/07/2021 Purchase date 02/07/2021 of a faulty camera. Asked for a replacement battery and received an empty box. Asked for a refund and have now sat in for three occasions of 48 to 72 hours waiting for a non existent arranged collection. Viking customer service just makes empty promises and fobs you off with deceit. I have asked for a complete refund forthwith. I will keep this site updated and I would suggest DO NOT BUY FROM VIKING. Rubbish Bought an expensive camera, arrived faulty, given an email address in France to ask for help with no response. Customer service call center in South Africa who continually fob you off. Still waiting for the item to be collected three weeks+ after purchase. Appalling service

I ordered 2 items in Dec 20. They arrived over a month later but an unfortunately an incorrect product was delivered. I photographed everything and sent them a detailed e-mail explaining the error. Many phone calls and e-mails from me ensued and eventually the incorrect item was collected at the start of July 2021. I am STILL waiting on the correct product being delivered and have received no response from my e-mails requesting an update. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I can only concur with all the other negative reviews. Most inept, inefficient company I have ever had the bad fortune to deal with. Ordered inkjet cartridges, wrong ones were delivered. They were returned, but trying to get a refund from them is impossible. After 30 days and endless emails of promises and lies I had to pass it over to the credit card company to deal with. All for £70. This company must be desperate.

Clueless staff with such a poor understanding of purchase and sales ledger functions, whose ability is challenged in simply choosing the correct pre-scripted reply from a menu. Diabolically bad customer service, time after time. We have been stuck with dealing with the "Viking" channel after 15 good years of dealing with their defunct Office Depot division. It gets worse and worse every time

I have punchased a office chair off viking and there have been four arranged attempts at delivery where I have waited at home all day. It transpired each time they had changed the delivery without informing me. Each time has been a wasted day where I have rearranged my schedule. They have said each time they will give a delivery slot but this never happens. When I try and call it goes to hold and then a often it has cut out after waiting on the line. The staff are friendly enough but clearly they have some serious logistics issues. It has been three months and still no chair. Feels like the play waiting for godot.

I ordered an office chair just before Christmas. It arrived and we were happy. A few months ago the back of the chair collapsed. I rang customer service the said no problem it would be picked up in next day or two. To replace chair I was told to ring the ordering department. I gave all the details. No problem your replacement chair will be with you in next couple of days and the faulty one picked up. A week later I rang Several weeks later nothing . Contacted Viking today. Instruction to parcel up the broken chair with my details . I will be refunded the cost when it arrives back in their warehouse. I can reorder and pay for a replacement chair in the meantime. Its risen in price by €100.. very poor and lacking customer care. Not at all as is promised on the web site.

I have had such a nightmare trying to return damaged goods. I have rang and emailed so many times. I would not recommend Viking Direct.

I have bought lots of dvds from them. Many don't work. I have had exactly the same experience as other people. They pretend they will collect for refund and never do. Their customer service is handled from Cape Town and apologises and says i will get urgently escalated but nothing. I am now complaining to Trading Standards. And reversing my charge at the bank at the disputes department.

BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY: I ordered a Shed. It arrived. Wrong size was sent. I queried and complained. Without any notification other packages were delivered, and none of them added up to the sized shed I ordered! The packages were left outside on the front of my house. No knock at the door, no card left, no notification of these being due to be delivered either. I have contacted through email and chat VIKING DIRECT about 15 times. The Customer Service is abysmal. I was told, collection on Fri 18th June 2021. No one called. I contacted VIKING by chat and was told Mon 2st June 2021 I checked the booking, and no sign of any dates booked. I went on chat again, and was told that it will now take over 2 weeks but I cannot be given a date!!! All I want now is my £275 refund. I am now seeking Legal Advice.

First order wrong item delivered. Spent 2 hours trying to get it rectified, going through a bureaucratic nightmare of them telling me they couldn't do anything until I supplied them with a product reference number for the item that had been wrongly delivered which I didn't have. Eventually reached a compromise. They would send the correct order free of charge (very odd being as it had already been payed for) and please keep the wrongly sent item ( of no use to us and there is a large box now posing an accident risk in our stock room whilst we decide what to do with it). But anyway, at least our orders coming! Yes it did, next day but 60 miles from where it should have been delivered to. I am amazed they manage to stay in business with this level of incompetence. Needless to say we will not be using them again.

Viking.ie provides appalling customer service. Was told malfunctioning pressure washer would be collected in April 2021, it's now June . 28 emails back and forth and several phone calls, it's still at my front door and Viking send the same old response: that it will be collected anywhere between 24, 48 or 72 hours . It doesn't really matter how many hours they write as it's complete fiction! I would never, ever buy from this company again and would advise anyone thinking of doing so to save their money, time and blood pressure!

Disgraceful company. I ordered bubble envelopes back in December and part of the order was missing. I rang up and they sent the rest of the order a few days later. Then randomly had a delivery in January of 400 envelopes that I didn't order. Viking contacted me inviting that 600 envelopes were delivered to me in January. Although this is a clerical error by them I said I was not going to pay for 600 I would pay for the 400 I received. My emails were ignored time and time again. The last email I had was from someone apologising for the inconvenience. Haven't heard anything more about it since February until now with a solicitor letter demanding I pay for the 600 envelopes or I will incur court costs etc. Absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid at all costs.

Website showed the item was in stock and would be delivered next day. Two weeks later I am still waiting. I tried the live webchat where I was told it would arrive on a certain date, then went back and asked the same question on that date and it had been delayed again. Still waiting for our order now.

Very disappointing service, placed order 5th of the month, then rang them on the 14th, for them to say items were still on the way, on the 20th I rang again to be informed good were damaged by courier and I wouldnt see my money until another 7-14 days. Will never place another order
