So far very happy with the Viessmann boiler. Water and heating work well. Not sure how much more ecomical it is, as gas prices are so high... but... it must be an improvement, as the old boiler was.. well.. old.

The initial pre installation survey was extremely helpful and informative. Unfortunately the boiler fitter was distracted by personal problems which meant I had call in another of your heating engineer the next day to fit the circulation pump the correct way round. For the past 5 months the boiler has run efficiently @ 60 degrees Centigrade saving me money from the the recent hike in gas price. Thank you.

I have neither hot water nor heating this morning, with temperature barely above freezing. The controller is indicating that the boiler is on but nothing is happening. I have tried to contact the installer on four different numbers with no success. What should I do? Apart from having a different installer put in a different boiler? I am eighty three years old and am feeling very cold.

I like their product as works well. However their literature is unclear and even the independent Viessmann-accredited boiler company missold me. I was expecting OpenTherm and WiFi connectivity as sold. The OpenTherm would make my boiler more efficient so I am out of pocket compared to what I thought. However the boiler is compact and quiet. I think will give many years of service and saves around 20% vs my 25 year old non condensing Potterton it replaced. This is slightly less than my smart heating (Wiser) which was 1/5th of the cost.

I initially made contact with Viessmann to establish which boiler would be best for my circumstances and received excellent guidance plus a referral to the local Viessmann installer. Following an on-site assessment, the new Viessmann Vitodens 100-W system boiler 32kW was recommended followed by a quote for boiler and installation costs - which were very competitive. An installation date was agreed and the local installer arrived on time, was very efficient and installed the new Viessmann Vitodens 100-W system boiler 32kW with a 10 year warranty. No problems at all and a very effective boiler for running quite a large central heating system. Much more efficient than my previous boiler which was about 22 years old!

The Viessmann replaced a Worcester boiler, it's at least 20% more efficient and so quite it's hard to tell when it's on Would I recommend a Viessmann boiler 100% yes

There was a leak in the factory fitted section of the boiler. My installer needed to turn the washer around to make it water-tight. So much for factory QC. Not a good start to my Viessmann experience.

Our boiler is less than 3 years old and we have no hot water or heating. After 25 minutes I was told that we were a priority but we would get a text for an engineer to arrive in the next ‘few days’. My old Worcester broke after 14 years. I would never buy with this company again.

Appalling customer service! Impossible to get through to Veissmann UK customer services on the phone to book an engineer to attend, filled in the call back form on the company website, still waiting 2 months later. Emailed to ask why we have been forgotten about and got a reply basically saying we are too busy, you'll just have to wait. When we did manage to speak to someone last year (Jan 2022), stroppy agent refused to book a service call and told us they would call back in "a few months". They never did. DONT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT WEEKS TO GET AN ENGINEER TO VISIT!!!
