“Why is it not possible to change an audio file (voice over)? If I delete the audio it is still there. If I upload a New voice over I have douple voice over. So far the only solution I found was to rebuilt the whole video :-( I was a bit disapointed with the grafics too. I would have expect many more options. I dont like this in Software purchase to have more options.”

“Funciona fatal, llevo 2 días y he intentado mas de 20 veces hacer el render de un vídeo de apenas 5 minutos, estoy muy decepcionada. Han mejorado la calidad de edición peero si luego es casi imposible exportar no me sirve... Es una pena muy bonita idea pero a la hora de la verdad tengo que recurrir a otras herramientas.”

“Honestly, until now I could not do anything with the Videoscribe. I edit with Final Cut for over ten years, but I could not understand how to do things in Videoscribe. I'll keep trying because I acquired the license for a week. I will re-read PDFs, study, I'll try ... sorry.”

“I am a paid user and I expect it to work - my end result is converting the product into mov or uploading to youtube. It hangs when I try to do both. I tried changing the images to small. Still not working. Less than 30 sec videos gets converted to mov or youtube okay..but 3 minutes takes for ever and it crashes!! I like the tool dor most of its otherfeatures... Inability to bring a result that i need in the end product is major cconcern”

“VideoScribe offers so much but delivers little. The end result is great , but the user experience is poor (they could learn a lot from Prezi). One of the most infuriating things is it is constantly non-responsive; everything freezes and you often have to wait minutes before being able to do anything. This dramatically increases the time it takes to produce a video. So, I'll continue to use it - it wasn't cheap - but I won't enjoy it.”
