“The damaged video 8 tape seemed irreparable but Video magic as good as their name repaired it and it works well. The DVD was a bonus. Very pleased indeed with the outcome and I know where to come if I have a similar problem in the future.”

“Video Magic contacted me proactively since my tape had not arrived after I placed my online order. After sending copies of the tracking number documentation, the tape was found. Colin went in on an off day because I had a time limit. I then received the DVD 3 days before the cut-off. date. Great service!”

“Good communications and meeting deadline. Problem with old video cassettes which cannot be played is the customer does not know whats on them or the quality of the old video cassettes. Is there some way customer could view quality/content of damaged or unplayable video cassette before work is all done on restoring?? You mentioned putting stuff in the cloud? what is this and how much does it cost? happy new year”

“Loved this service. With personal video's, older tapes and things that may not even work I felt that Video Magic gave a really personal touch in converting everything exactly how I wanted it. You can see in the transfers that someone had actually taken the time to make small adjustments to do their best with the footage to make it come out in the cleanest most natural way possible. Definitely will be using them again!”

“Quick service and kept informed at all times of stage of order. The only problem I would say is that to send my video by special delivery, it was approx £7 just over, second class. This on top of the cost of £36 to transfer the VHS to dvd, meant it was quite expensive at £43. Locally I could have got the transfer for £15, but they were unable to repair the tape first, which is why I sent it off to video-magic.. I would say that video magic do a good job, but it was a little bit pricey for me to pay with that postage on top!”

“Unbelievable service, and such nice people. I had an old Cine film which had been converted to a VHS tape back in the day. The tape had creased and folded inside the cassette and would not play at all on a video player. I had really run out of options until I came across Video Magic on line. I rang them and asked them if they could help in sorting out the badly damaged tape. I now have a film of my family holiday from yesteryear on a DVD which is truly amazing, and extremely precious. so thank you so much. I will certainly be recommending you.”

“I have recently had some 40 year old slides and cine film converted by Video Magic to DVD - they did a fantastic job and my family are extremely pleased with the results. The service was very good and they kept me updated along the way. My slides and DVD were also accessible via a cloud and this has made it so easy for family in New Zealand to view them. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Video Magic as they gave a personal service with great results.”
