Terrible awful company. They take your money and run. We bought tickets (at high cost) but the concert was rescheduled and we couldn't make the new date. Viagogo wouldn't relist the tickets - and then it became apparent that the tickets were fake and the transaction was fraudulent. Still (after many mails and many phone calls and frankly incompetent customer service) trying to get money back. Avoid this company - they are just after profit and don't care about their customers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY It’s is an absolute rip off. It is not an authorised ticket agency but acts as agents to resell tickets. This website cleverly pops up when you search fir concert tickets . You basically have to pay the price the seller wants usually at least double the face value ( as in my case , paid £250 for tickets face value £102 ). You don’t know what seats you are getting till the tickets arrive ( 2 days before the concert for me) . Spoken to Viagogo , there is no chance of a refund as apparently all this is in the ‘small print ! And the fun doesn’t stop there after reading reviews many customers have been turned away from the venue as the tickets they had were invalid. I haven’t tested that yet but my tickets have arrived with the other purchaser named !!!! If they aren’t accepted I won’t hold my breath for any help from this dodgy bunch

Viagogo is really not trustworthy, besides all overpriced profit, hidden fees and lack of communication and commitment, they decided also to steal my money by saying I sold a ticket I didn’t have. Even though I deleted the selling and then when they said was sold I informed in less than 1h that I didn’t have the ticket. After 2 months they came charging me a lot more saying they couldn’t replace the ticket sold and charged me 177 euros fee for refund a buyer who "bought" my ticket. Don’t use viagogo, such a disrespectful scam.

Total scam. Got tickets for the North Sea Jazz Festival. Found out they were photoshopped when I arrived at the concert. Humiliating experience. Avoid Viagogo.

Awful company- fraudsters - do not use ever! Please don't be tempted to use these liars, they have taken my money and not given me my tickets. I've talked to at least 20 people and they just lie to you they are investigating the matter, but then they just forget about you. They have brought me to tears - Rolling Stones, Hyde Park 2022, travelled all the way to London, 2 hours before the concert and I still have no tickets. FRAUDSTERS, LIARS, CONMEN, CRIMINALS!!!

When I bought my ticket for the Rolling Stones for 25 June the ticket was originally to be sent via courier. I was notified in mid June that this would no longer be the case, and that the ticket would be sent via an app to my phone. As I do not have a smart phone I was unable to consider this option. I was on the phone virtually every day to Viagogo, and in the main they were unhelpful. I was told on several occasions that I should borrow someone's phone in order to receive the ticket. This is a non starter - who would lend me their phone for a day? Eventually I was told that the ticket would be available on AXS website. My order showed there, but I was unable to print the ticket - Viagogo told me I would be able to. On one occasion I asked for a manager/supervisor to phone me back. This did not happen. Every time I phoned Viagogo it appeared that the advisers had a check list of questions, and if I asked anything outside of the parameters, they were unable to give me an acceptable answer. I am very dissatisfied with the service you provided, and would have given 0 star rating if this was possible. I will not be using your services again in the future.

Beyond awful. Avoid at all costs! 0 stars. I have previously both purchased tickets through Viagogo, and sold tickets for events with no issues (apart from the will-the-barcode-scan-and-be-accepted-at-the-ticket-gate stress that comes with buying re-sale tickets!) Bought tickets for Green Day in London on the 24th June when logging in to my account the day before it still said "Your tickets will be available soon." contacted customer service who "escalated" the issue, but still did receive the tickets in time for the event! Viagogo say as the seller uploaded the tickets a refund is not possible, however, the tickets were never available to download in my account. (I tried several different devices and browsers in case this was the issue, but could still only see the Your tickets will be available soon." message. What a scam! And given all the other reviews here how are Viagogo still able to operate? I will never be using them again.

Searched specifically for Scotty McCreery concert tickets. Found them on viagogo. Purchased them, drove 6 hours to the concert on June 19,2022 at the Sonoma Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa California. Only to find out that Scotty was NEVER going to be there. Bait and switch. Tried to get a refund. The process is a nightmare even to get a rep to message you back. They said that they could not issue a refund because, "Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund because ticket are correct." Yes, they said ticket are correct. I sent another email... this was their response..."Thank you for contacting us regarding your order for Country Summer Festival: Chris Young, Scotty McCreery & Raelynn - Sunday on 19 June 2022. Under the terms of the Viagogo's guarantee, customers receive a full refund for cancelled events, but an performer being late on stage is a matter for the event organizers. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Performances starting late are something beyond our control. Our role is to provide a safe secure marketplace for tickets." (I tried to explain to them that Scotty was not late, he was not even supposed to be there and they advertised that he was) And then they went on to say, "Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund. Tickets sold are for a specific event and not for a specific performer. As the tickets sold were valid for the event, we cannot refund your order." I will not ever purchase from viagogo again. They are a horrible company. Me not reading the reviews before purchasing is on me. Lesson learned. If I look at the bright side, at least my tickets got me into a concert. Most people get scammed and don't even receive their tickets.

Viagogo is a JOKE. They need to shut this scamming company down like yesterday, Thousands of people buying tickets, not receiving the tickets or not able to download the tickets for the gig and no refunds. I was promised a refund in writing on my account as I couldn't download the tickets. but first I had to update my details.. e.g name, address, bank branch, bic/swift number, new a/c number shortcodes etc., as the tickets were paid from a different card that had expired. This was all updated on my viagogo account.. I pressed the green submit button and it went through. I was on the phone to a viagogo call handler at the time, I was told it wasn't submitted as the call handler named John couldn't see the updated details on his computer. This was the 2nd time I had updated my details this was with call handler Maryjoy, probably made up names. I thought I was going to blow a gasket over the phone, I was so angry. John also kept repeating how long I had been on the phone, not customer friendly at all & very cheeky. I demanded to speak with a manager he said No, he doesn't know or get to see any managers. He told me he would email the dedicated team's department to get a manager to call me & guess what? NO phone call. Believe me I will not let this go.. Do Not buy tickets from Viagogo. Brian Taylor

viagogo are a bunch of scammers. I bought tickets for Elton John concert on the 22 June 2022 and I am unable to travel to the UK due to medical reasons and they refuse to refund my ticket. How does this even make sense when they make millions. They refuse to give me a refund so below is not applicable !!!!!

Basically, it's a total scam, they just buy tickets under another company name which is registered abroad (In Spain or somewhere) and then sell them again on Viagogo site much higher. Just ripping off people. Don't trust their advertising, check with the venue and other sources.

Purchased tickets to the 2022 Kentucky Derby. Purchased on Feb 12, 2022. The Derby was held on May 7, 2022. Their initial response to my inquiry was that the tickets are often released shortly before the event. Made at least 30 phone calls to Viagogo and their response was that I would get the tickets in time for the event. Then I was notified that the issue was sent to relevant department to resolve. Then the issue was sent to their specialist customer support team. I'm guessing these teams were the round file because I received no response from anyone. I live just outside of Portland, Oregon. It's not that I walked across the street to Churchill Downs. My airfare and hotel costs was $6200.00. The whole time I was guaranteed by Viagogo that I would receive my tickets in time for the even. We flew into Louisville and on the Thursday before the event we went to Churchill Downs and inquired about them releasing the tickets to the third party vendors. The assured us that the tickets had been released several weeks earlier. Another call and was again assured that I would receive the tickets. On the day of the event i called and they said the tickets would be there. We went to the event and was told there was no tickets for us. $2200.00 down the drain. We were able to purchase tickets directly from Churchill Downs. They only refunded my money after I issued a dispute with my bank. They refunded the money on June 9, 2022. Which means they held onto my money from Feb 12th til June 9th. I was told today that I would not receive any further compensation for my costs. I am a disabled Vet on a fixed income and this is how Viaggo treats people.

I bought my tickets for a Harry Styles concert on June 2020. Due to COVID the event was 'postponed' and Viagogo refused to return my money or let me resell the tickets. I bought 2 tickets in the lower-tier section and by the time the event was rescheduled for July 2022 I decided to attend the event. However, Viagogo sent me an email saying the event was in high demand and they could offer 'comparable tickets' in the upper-tier only. Otherwise, I could get a refund. I called to complain since they had my money for 2 years and when they had to give me what I bought they did not deliver. But I was told that I could get a refund if I wasn't happy with the option they were offering. I told them I thought they were a fraud! I wish I had read all the reviews before buying tickets with them. Run away from them! you don't know what you are buying!!!

Rolling Stones concert in Liverpool last night. Had what I thought was a ticket but it did not scan as it was too big - just an A4 piece of paper print off. After being denied entry I spoke to the ticket office at the venue (at first as there was no wifi I could not even show them I was genuine). They told me someone had already gone in on my seats so could not print off another version to get me in. In the end luckily they still had tickets available that could buy last night (so I paid out another £93 on top of the £163 already paid to Viagogo) so I did get in to see the concert. Now investigating it I am not even sure how I can start going about getting my £163 back - I am not optimistic I will be able to reading about what has happened to others. Cn anyone offer me any help?

I wouldn’t even give this company if thats what you can call them 1 STAR. I’ve just been ripped off by Viagogo and paid four times the price for it. Stupid or what? When I purchased my tickets the site said UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW and on reading this was in the VIP area. I paid £336.93 for 2 tickets. I have now received them but only for General admission. These tickets were selling for £68 each so you can imagine how angry I feel. This was a birthday treat and I’m now concerned that I can even get in the event after reading some of the other reviews. I really wish I had gone direct to the event organiser. Well if I and all of the other unhappy reviewers can keep letting others know not to use this awful company hopefully less people will not have such a terrible experience and loose so much hard earned money to waste on scammers. Once bitten twice shy. I haven even read that a Baron is associated with this company he really must be having a great laugh at us easy prey.

Short story now as we’ve spent two and half years trying to get refund of £176, basically they’ve stolen the money and looking at trustpilots reviews of them they’ve stolen many thousands of pounds from people. I’ve only looked at the reviews written in the last few days, theres pages and pages of bad reviews, they all mention money being taken. I think there’s a few people sunning themselves on beaches while leaving a few zombies to fend off customers complaints with their statutory line of “ I understand how you feel” Spoken to 3 of their zombies today, absolutely useless.

Purchased tickets 2 years ago for a concert, delayed by covid. Tickets need to be replaced, can't download them again as the file is damaged or corrupted. Been trying for 6 weeks to get replacement tickets. Concert is tomorrow, now I have been told to wait until 12 hours before the concert as they are still trying to get replacements. So frustrated with the lack of customer service. They have my money so now they don't care.
