Had a shockingly bad experience with Very.ie. I ordered 1 simple item - a hair/beard rechargble trimmer. Order Number: 662629062098 I received an email from them to say it had been delivered - I can tell you - it was not. The day they emailed me - I was working from home all day - the door bell did not ring nor was there a knock on the door. I checked with my neighbours and they did not take anything in for me. So I've no idea why I rec'd an email to say my order was delivered. I rant Very directly on 2 occassions to ask where my order was - the 1st call was 16 minutes - the 2nd call was 14 minutes. I was told on both calls that they would be in contact with me - I never heard a single word from them. They were super efficient at charging my credit card - but after sales service has been a disgrace.

Zero stars if I could report that. Very sent me a used item. No security hygiene seal, tangled cord with hair in the curlers. Absolutely disgraceful service. How can a used item be dispatched as a new product when returns is a different address!

appauling customer service. if I could have ticked a negative star I would have done! ordered a new washing machine and collection of existing one. delivered new one today. After unpacking my new one and taking the packaging out to the bins I see that they didn't take the old one away that I left at the entrance to the house. 35mins on a call. the last 20 mins on hold! all they said they would do is refund the collection fee. I said that didn't solve the problem as I now have to get rid of the machine - which is now affecting getting my car in and out. I said I wouldn't have ordered it if this was the outcome. They said I could return the new one (at their cost!) and then get a full refund. so they don't care about the customers problem I now have! Collecting the new machine from me would have cost them just as much as collecting the old one. diabolical company. it takes about 12 to 15 mins just to get through

The worst company ever. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Ordered from them, paid extra for the next day delivery. Never got the item and it’s already been 3 days since order has been placed. DON’T ORDER FROM VERY. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

I’d give zero stars if I could. In January 2023 I bought an Apple Watch from them. By December 2023 it had evidently developed a fault as its battery lasted until 2-3pm each day and then it died. I contacted very in case they could help. Given the watch was 11 months old I didn’t think they would but I was delighted when they said they could send it to an engineer if I returned it. Fantastic, I thought, so helpful. I promptly sent my watch to them on December 30th. By mid January 2024 I had heard nothing so gave them a call. The advisor told me they had no record of the return, it must be lost at their end and she would issue a refund. I was shocked at this and asked what about my watch. She told me I could order a new one once I saw the refund credited on my account. What excellent customer service, I thought. It was too good to be true, sadly. The refund appeared the very next day and I went to order a replacement. It was out of stock with very so I went to Argos. Problem solved. Sadly a week later, they randomly took back their refund and sent me an email to say my watch had been found. They said it would be sent for repair. Oh dear I think. I now have two watches. Given I’d bought the new watch on their advice, I raised a complaint. Mid Feb, my watch appeared at home with a note saying it was not faulty. I immediately called and explained the above and they said to send it back. Now on march 24th it’s just been sent back to me with a note saying it isn’t faulty. I mean it is 100% because the battery lasted less than 12 hours each time. But it’s not really the point now. I bought a new watch because they told me to. I’ve now paid for the same watch twice. They’ve returned my faulty one to me but I can’t even sell that on second hand because to do so would be dishonest and unfair to a buyer. Who wants a watch with a battery that lasts seven hours? They should never have issued the refund and told me to order a new one.

I recently bought a phone from them which has been nothing but trouble from the start. I tried three times to post a review on their website but every time they email me and say that my review cannot be published because it mentions a competitor. There is not a single mention of a competitor anywhere in my review and they are clearly lying because they just don't want to publish a review which criticizes something sold by them. I can't even return the **** phone because they state that it can only be returned if it"s unopened, which is ridiculous since it was only after I opened it that I discovered that it was faulty.

So annoyed with Poor customer service from Very item ordered with next day delivery, delivery not received and what a hassle to get redress, ha ha they offered to refund my delivery, and I should think so!!!! Last order with Very as there has been multiple issues with there delivery courier.

I recently placed an order on Very.co.uk for £60. Unfortunately, the order was subsequently cancelled by Very. While I understand cancellations can happen, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my refund. Despite the order cancellation, the £60 payment has still been taken from my bank account. I contacted Very's customer service via phone and was informed that the issue was not their concern and they were unable to assist me. I find it unacceptable that Very can charge me for an order they have cancelled. This has caused unnecessary financial inconvenience and frustration.

Someone opened a Very account in my name. As soon as I became aware of this (when two orders arrived at my house out of the blue) I reported this to the police and Very. Two months later my credit rating has been compromised because Very won't tell the credit refereence agencies about this scam and remove the false account from my record. If this is how they treat a non customer who has been a victim of identity theft because of their inadequate screening procedure, goodness knows how they would treat a genuine customer with a problem!

Order an BNPL item from this company.they charged me ridiculous interest even though i contact themand lodge a complaint in december 2023 someome wsd suppose to contact me up to now im still waiting .This company give awful customer service they should be shut down.donot shop with them.

If I could rate 0 stars I would … Ordered a bunk bed … NEVER EVER AGAIN would I use very … awful from start to finish bed arrived they had sent me two boxes of the bed so received half the bed and two boxes of random wardrobe pieces with clear labelling stating it was a wardrobe…so I rang them customer services was awful they said they couldn’t just send the missing boxes out and collect the wardrobe I would have to send all 4 packages back to them be issued a refund in 14 days and have to re order all over again and then wait days for it to be re delivered ! 😡 They were no help on the phone and to be honest had a very bad attitude from start to finish. Not only that I paid for the bed in full of my debit card and at first they declined my order before calling me to say actually they would fulfill the order. I rang them again and I re ordered the same bed again the lady I spoke to was completely different she was great and very apologetic but was told they would upgrade to next day delivery for free low and behold the day of delivery I get a text to state it can’t be delivered as not all the pieces were at the depot … iv now cancelled all the orders …so iv now bought 2 beds and have nothing to show for it !! Im currently awaiting over £650 in refunds and this takes up to 14 days !!! Im lost for words at how this company operates and how it’s run avoid at all costs !

I bought an x box controller from Very Ireland as a Christmas present for my son and it was faulty. I returned it via courier on 2nd Janat this is the only method to do returns. Multiple emails and 3 phone calls to Very later and allegedly my refund will be processed within 72 hours minus a delivery fee that'll then be refunded. You couldn't make it up! I've had so much hassle with Very over this item. I would never order from them again and would strongly encourage others not to either.

Absolutely shockingly bad customer service. I returned a vax carpet washer that stopped working, I got a text message from "Very" confirming the item had been received and I would see the refund in my next statement. When the refund did not appear after two months, I rang and they say they cannot issue it without confirmation from the courier company that the item was returned. Even though they have confirmed it themselves that they received it. This is a disgraceful company.

I ordered a washing machine marked as 'in stock' on the website with a delivery on or before a specified date. Opted not to explore other options due to extended wait times elsewhere. After placing the order, I contacted the manufacturer a few days later to schedule delivery, only to be informed that a delivery date couldn't be made until well beyond the initially stated date. The reason being that the item is not in stock (despite what Very says), and the dispatch date remains unknown The washing machine is still listed as in stock on the Very website, which makes it difficult to buy something urgently - information is unreliable. When discussing the matter with Very, they claim it's an anomaly, and this usually doesn’t happen, but I'm skeptical. The situation is quite frustrating, especially since I need a washer urgently, and each day of delay incurs additional costs at the launderette. Thanks to Very, I have spent hours ringing them and the manufacturer, still have no washer, and still making expensive trips to the launderette. Very disappointing

I am so angry with very I placed an order for pram accessories wear for another pram I had tried to return pram waited in 3 separate days I have phoned 18 time this is worse company I have every dealt with I advise you all not to order from very go else whear for your item
