The front camera worked for 16 days, then the battery went. No charger was left here and promises to sort the problem out here come to nothing, so far. Now the back camera is also down. That lasted 20 days.

Woeful service, am considering going to trading standards with these con artists. They charged me £500 for an alarm system which failed after 4 months then told me they are only guaranteed for 2 weeks! Despite engineers recommending replacement, not interested in any way once they get your money! AVOID!!!!

All fake reviews on Trustpilot, that’s why i am here All pleasant until you try to cancel the subscription. I raised my cancel request on 18 August, but till now (29/11/23)it is still in the process…,they made all kinds of excuses and delayed to sort it out. At first a guy called me and he was so rude! After that I emailed them that we could discuss anything via email. But I still get telephone harassment from Verisure everyday. They use all kinds of tricks to delay the cancellation and charge extra money. I have paid all including the two months notice! I don’t owe any of their money! But they still harass you every day and keep charging you! Avoid this company by all means

I raised cancellation request via email on 31 October due to increase in subscription cost. I was told that I will receive a call back to discuss and cancel within 3-4 business days. I get a call on 15 November from an IVR which just says 'This is a call from Verisure' and the call ends. After repeated follow-ups from my end, I still don't get a call back and today, on 23 November 2023, I get an email stating that I will have to pay for current month and also for Notice period which will be finalised by team. This is just fraudulent behavior to scam money out of customers. DO NOT GO FOR Verisure if you need good service.

We have tried to cancel this since jun however they do not accept cancellations and always make excuses as to why you can’t cancel. They service stop working problems on the system I have Been not in the house for 60 days. When came back I find the service disconnected. Was very upset with the service I was paying for no cameras. I called many times to sorted out nothing changed They are very rude on the phone, It’s become harassment I can’t handle it anymore. Now the keep changing me I have outstanding 100£.

We have tried to cancel this since august however they do not accept cancellations and always make excuses as to why you can’t cancel. They sent a copy of our contract to read but am unable to read because of the way they sent it The only way to stop these scammers and rude people is to go to court Watch this space

i successfully took veri-shouldnt to court in april this year, i won the case and veri-shouldnt were ordered to pay all my installation costs court costs and monthly direct debits in full within 14 days which they did, i am much the same as 99% of people here, terrible installation terrible customer services and god help you if you try to cancel, all i would say is ask for all you texts and emails to be sent unredacted and together we are stronger, awful company

All pleasant until you try and cancel. We were lead to believe we were buying the equipment and would keep it when the contract ended. Not true. They increased the monthly price after 5 months from £40 to £50. Very aggressive when I tried to cancel. Charged 2 months notice and arranged someone to come out to take back the equipment I was told was mine. Do not sign up to them without reading all the small print. Sales people will lie to get you to sign up

Terrible service, alarm activating without cause, customer service uncontactable- "we know your time is busy and we apologise for taking longer than usual to answer your...bla...blah blah". Meanwhile you hold on the phone patiently waiting, hoping, praying that someone from Verisure will answer the phone. And then you give up. realise that the only way to deal with Verisure is to cancel my direct debit, wait for them to contact me and tell them I am now looking for a provider who actually understands how to assist their consumers.

Very unprofessional, I tried to cancel service since I am moving out. They find all excuses to delay your cancellation, and keep charging you. Claim to call me and confirm cancellation, this never happen, always machine calling me saying from very sure, and hang up just after I said Hello, this happen twice; and they said i did not pick up the phone so can not cancelled?? What a joke. Be aware of this company biussnes notice it's 6 months if you long or short period of time you will still pay 6 months, in home property it's 3 months, as you don't answer phone there is no information, I do not recommend to go with them I spend more then £3000 last few years with this money you can have 10 of decent alarms with on line cameras. Do not spent any money with this scammers, if you want to leave thay will still drain your account few good months. Pity I did not read reviews before.

They refuse cancel my contract and as someone mentioned they use all kind of tricks to keep you in a loop and telling you have outstanding balance and they cannot terminate contract. Its some criminal organisation. Report them and take to the court for this extortion and harassment.

As had to mark it would give minus Emailed 17 oct to advice I needed to cancel Nothing noted until phone call 24 oct Woman said would sort they tried to contact me on 2 following occasion I didn’t answer due to life pressures On call taken customer rep hard work not listening would not take on board issues kept pushing to sell more products making me give 3 months notice despite advising hardship and health issues service waste of money and company only interested in taking money - rubbish customer care

I cannot begin to explain how I bad they are, so I won't even try. When I finally gave up and tried to cancel they basically threatened me and tried to enforce some sort of 3 month penalty for me leaving. For what? Good luck with that, I will happily pay thousands to stand in front of a judge and demonstrate with clear evidence why your are scamming people. Guess I'll get another cut and paste reply like everyone else here, "sorry, please call our 0330 number, we care...." which is treating us like cattle. I had an enema the other day and it was better than their customer service, I'd have another too if it stopped these jokers trying to extort me, at least somebody entering my bum would be for a good reason, even though its weird. AVOID THEM.

It is a total shambles: When we decided to cancel our contract before we were offered an upgrade that they never honoured. The engineer in our area left my wife feeling very nervous when she was alone with him, and, despite reporting that I did not want this individual coming back here, Verisure have sent him twice. Both of his last repair visits have not solved problems, he is quite happy to go unasked into rooms and unless you are rude and basically tell him to get a move on he will spend hours at your home. The whole company is an utter disgrace - and repeatedly sending an engineer who my wife feels extremely uncomfortable with is unacceptable. In process of moving to a competitor firm. Previous compensation offers from them are Amazon voucher offers - not at all interested, we want the money we have spent with them refunded, not on-line shopping!

I had an encounter with a Verisure employee who was extremely rude. She came into a nail salon while I was getting my nails done, and without even apologising started shoving her phone into the face of the nail practitioner who was in the middle of doing my nails… telling her to “stop for a few minutes and watch our security video”. I was completely shocked as this lady was clearly doing her job, busy and focused so I politely mentioned it to the Verisure rep. Not only she didn’t apologise, she started saying I was annoyed cause she interrupted my nails… erm, yes, of course I was! You come to an appointment like this at an agreed time, not while customers are being served. The rude rep also started saying where the “hidden” alarm bells would be placed under the counter, how the fog bomb would be activated etc. all this while me and other customers were in the salon. I feel like this conversation should’ve been done in privacy. The rep was so rude and unapologetic, but also strikingly unprofessional that I’d never trust this company with any sensitive security issues.

Outrageously poor. This company has no interest in taking responsibility for their products. It is promised that the alarm system will work independently after the downgrade (unsubscription from monitoring with the monthly fee), yet there are significant flaws in the product design such that the central unit will just fail after the downgrade. We had an engineer visit who could offer nothing but to reinstall the entire system using the old components, yet it FAILED AGAIN THE NEXT DAY for no reason. It is well known by Verisure that their product has major issues yet they lie to their customers when selling them. This is not just a rare case. Many people experience the same issue after the downgrade. The customer support is extremely poor, telling me: you are not our customer, although I was foolish enough to pay 700 pound for their product. And they told me it's my own problem and they don't care anymore. How poor is that? It appears that the company is incapable of offering a solution for its failure in product design therefore it would only justify having full refund of the system as it simply does not work as it promised.

I am in a process of cancelling after being with them for 3Years 10 Months, and it is not an easy process. To add to that there seems a 2 months notice period :( Will update here anymore pain i need to go thru later..
