“The purchase and installation process was good, but the recommended product (Meta Trak) was completely ineffective. At the first time of asking, the tracker failed to send an alert, failed to track the car, failed to gather any journey or GPS data. A complete waste of time and money and the car is gone. Install a Ghost or better still, a ‘manual’ ignition or similar cut-off that no-one will find. Save you a load of money and heartache.”

“Very friendly and efficient service. Installed Metatrack VTS which came with fobs but afterwards felt should have opted for Smarttrack which comes with a credit card size driver ID cards which conveniently goes well with BMW comfort access cards which are also credit card size keys.”
