About Veals Fishing Tackle:

In 1846 Veals was established in Bristol. Over the years it became Bristol's premier fishing tackle retailer. In the 1960's a mail order service was introuced and this was developed to the extent it proved very difficult to combine the needs of a retail shop and the mail order business. So in 1992, Veals Mail Order was formed as a totally separate company, in new larger premises, to provide a dedicated mail order service.

“I can’t give them less then 5 stars because they replaced my stolen parcel . The delivery driver just left the parcel by my doorstep and someone just stole it. When I asked Veals about my parcel they were polite and they said in the first place if the parcel is lost they will replace it. I want say thank you all Veals staff for they help and especially for Jon Veals . Many Thanks Tom”

“Have bought a fair bit of fishing tackle from veals over the years and they are always willing to give some genuine advice and guidance. Recently got back into target sports and the gents at the counter were hugely helpful with choosing a gun for my son and a new rifle for myself,Dave even gave me a quick tutorial before I left on my new purchase. Spot on guys.”
