“You could do with taking the items that you discontinued off the web site other than that no problems”

“Wish I didn't get duds but it's only 6 out of the last 100. Bit annoyed I couldn't buy batteries when I placed my last order, will now have to wait for my next reordering date. Other than those comments very good product will remain a loyal customer. Would generally recommend.”

“I have been very happy with my e cigarettes but I am having to wait a long time for my batteries to recharge. The new batteries I bought don't seem to charge at all. Maybe a faulty batch?”

“hi i am happy with the service except for 1 thing your delivery of your products is very poor 4 times that i can rememberwhen my product that i have ordered has not been delivered so i have to message you where im told i have to wait so many days by then iv run out of my filters then i have to look else where for the same product which is more expensive and so on it goes on and on”

“I placed an order (no:497432). At the time I was offered a 10% discount, this was not applied to my order even though I entered it at the time of placing my order. I left a number of messages on your websites chat facility asking why the discount was not applied. However I have never received a reply. I can only say that your customer service is not very good.”

“Product is good, price was great, communication was terrible. Next day delivery turned into 7 day delivery due to lack of communication. When I did finally manage to contact them the lady was very helpful and rectified everything in less than 24 hours.”

“The people are very pleasant and helpful and my orders are always delivered very speedily. Also, as a regular customer, I often receive e-mailed discount codes. The one major complaint I have is that they are often out of stock of items which I order regularly; waiting for a week or so is bad enough but this time they are not expecting replacement supplies until mid-August so a delay of six weeks, by which time we will have run out of our own stocks so will have to look for an alternative (or give up vaping!). I don`t think that this is acceptable customer service so they should be looking to their supplier for an explanation and pass this on to us, the customers.”

“Used to like this company and products but unfortunately have stopped selling the Cyclone and the last two packets of coils that I have purchased have had some faulty and useless ones in the packet. Bring back the Cyclone please.”
