“Customer service online is quite terrible and over the phone. Your liquids have also given me terrible chest pain and pneumonia like symptoms numerous times in the past.”

“I received my vape yesterday. but the liquid that was recommended poured right back out again... I tried so many dif ways to resolve it,but nothing was working so i contacted the Vape message/ email site and they told me to do the same things i had already tried. i told the company i will post it off this morning but i have not had any contact since them.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD”

“I had been a customer of vaporlites for many years in fact I have two accounts with them I was severely disappointed in what happened to how they went about selling their goods when they were going through their clearance regime I don’t know what rubbish they put in those liquids and they were throwing them out at one point at around 25p per bottle they rubbished their brand and they put a third class liquid in their bottles now in order to drum up business they have to resort to selling other branded liquids and have a limited own brand range which they managed to destroy I suggest you make a proper liquid the way you used to and put them at proper value prices it’s amazing how some of your liquids are so disgusting and you’ve actually got the audacity to sell them at 5 pounds and bring them down to a pound sorry it’s harsh but that’s how I feel you want a review I’m giving it I bought your cola range recently five bottles I put the liquid in my mini nautilus tank and it destroyed the coil and again did not taste great I complained and was offered very kindly five bottles of my choice and asked for the 50-50 cherry menthol bottles which they said they would send they never arrived I then on their recent sale purchased 10 additional bottles of the cherry menthol range plus other bottles and funny enough they arrived the next day?!!!”

“Hello guys, i was really enthusiastic to get my new mod kit yesterday, after being delayed, i got it finally at 22:00. I ordered the black voopoo too with black skin but i got called by one of your employees and I've been told it's out of stock and must be an error on your site... I was ok with that, she said she will send the black dazle one wich i was ok with. I opened the delivery box and for my surprise i got the grey one with black skin imprints.... Yeah, i was dissapointed but i don't want to send it back and wait for all the process of changing it for the one i ordered. When i upened the tank one of the rubber o ring was broken it was stuck to the tank glass..that is not your fault it is voopoo itself i guess.... But the colour i got is your fault. All together, it wasn't the best experience i had so i decided to writ you an email wich led to nothing because it's been 3 days already and still no answer from you. I'm sorry for that but i have to give only 2 stars unfortunately...”

“Three weeks ago the 0mg nicotine menthol e-liquid was out of stock. When I enquired when it would be available I was advised 2 weeks and the problem was caused by suppliers moving premises. Still waiting for supplies to be available three weeks later.”
