“I've been using Vapour since the days it was Vapourlites but over the last year, the breadth of products and customer service has noticeably declined. Unanswered emails, and no help with offering alternative products for those discontinued or out of stock (such as eVod Spinner batteries), is a poor customer experience. The inability to use discount codes on Xpacks is another gripe - even at £2.50 a bottle, the fluids are significantly more expensive than those offered by other vape retailers.”

“I've bought 6 new batteries in the past 2 months but unfortunately only 2 of the batteries have charged. I've had this problem before and Customer Service were very quick to replace the batteries but given how many I have bought that have not worked, it does make me lose faith in the product.”

“I paid £2.50 for next day delivery. My delivery was delayed. I emailed you regarding a refund foe the delivery charge but you didn't respond. I should have this cost refunded.”

“The quality of the E-liquids is excellent. Delivery is always PROMPT. Communication is POOR or non-existent. I have complained about the failure of coils for my EVOD 650s repeatedly and receive NO REPLY. Successively I have had to BUY new and now have seven functioning batteries and six redundant chargers but only three functioning coils! They are 'out of stock' for replacement! Crazy, but a replacement coil is almost the same price as a NEW Tank, Coil,Battery and a charger!”

“I was very disappointed last week as I got an offer to buy with 25% reduction. I tried several times to order, but it didn't work. As the offer was finished I manage to buy from you without any reduction. I sent several e-mail about the problem, but I never recieved an answer.”

“Not impressed ! Previously ordered starter menthol kits no problems. This time tried to order Menthol again (as the chargers fall apart after some use) & normal tobacco was sent, queried it & was told they now send tobacco & you have to order Menthol cartridges separately... not happy.. greed !”

“Vapour are normally fantastic. Very quick delivery of all orders. However this time it has been 7 days since I ordered and nothing has arrived! Not up to the usual service. Hopefully my order will arrive tomorrow?”

“Whilst the ordering process and delivery are very efficient, there is absolutely no way that these are equivalent to approximately 20 cigarettes or 250 puffs each. This is a massive change and actually makes them very expensive. I am a moderate inhaler and I would say it lasts no longer than 40 puffs.”
