“Had heard that vape club were very good. Placed first order and the communication was great and very fast delivery too. Had a problem with one item on my order but thankfully they were very helpful and quick to respond and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Will recommend and use again.”

“I recently had an issue where I had ordered the incorrect coils for my vape kit. I contacted Vape Club, and the resolution process was fast and efficient. I sent the coils back, and these were quickly replaced with the correct coils, which even though cost slightly more than the coils I had originally ordered, there was no additional charge to me. On top of this, they also refunded my account with the cost of the postage for sending the wrong coils back, despite the fact that I had not requested this, as the original issue was mainly my fault. Amazing Customer Service, which is unfortunately all too uncommon these days.”

“Amazing dispatch time and service. Ordered at 5:30 and received by lunch next day. Smashing it, couldnt ask for anything more I’ve always used a different store for each order, but I’m going to be a regular customer now”

“Ordered a vape kit from vape club, next day delivery, after a week or so device became faulty, informed them and they sent a new device out the following day and covered the postage for the return of the faulty one, absolutely great service from vape club and will definitely use them again👍👍👏👏”

“After ordering from Vape Club I actually decided to give up vaping all together, so I requested for the items I had bought to be returned and refunded. Dealing with their customer service was simple and extremely helpful and I have now returned the items with no issues. Would highly recommend anybody with any queries to not hesitate in contacting them. All in all a very positive customer service experience!”
