“When I had a query they responded straight away and dealt with it there and then. Postage was very quick and arrived when it said it should I would highly recommend this company and will order again👍🏻”

“Absolutely amazing customer service, have used them for years. I've had a few faulty mods in my time and they have always been exchanged or replaced for a different mod, no fuss, no trouble, no stress and in quick time aswell. Once again outstanding service!!!.”

“They offer fantastic customer service. I received 3 faulty products (not Vape Club’s fault as they don’t manufacture the items I bought). When I reached out to customer service, they immediately sent me replacements with no other questions asked! It was also Sebastian who helped me :)”

“Had a issue 6 months after buying and vape Club just asked for video of problem and instantly sent out a replacement. Nothing is to much bother and a absolute pleasure to deal with. This is what you call customer service and i wish other companies would follow suit. Vape Club also refunded postage.Top class company with excellent products 100% recommend and thank you for everything I will be using this company for all future purchases”

“I have ordered from Vapeclub for a good while now and the and their prices and service and delivery is always Fantastic. I recently had an issue with a new mod and both Luke and Jack dealt with it straight away and kept me informed and then organised a replacement excellent service and I will continue to order from them for many years to come!!”

“Order received remarkably quickly. Unfortunately, small error in order but dealt with extremely quickly, even on a Sunday, and resolved. Incorrect item received given free as gesture of goodwill plus sending free pods to go with and correct item being sent straightaway. Very impressed with Seb your on Customer Service.”

“I had an issue with my disposable ecigs being dead upon opening them. I emailed customer service and Sebastian sorted out a replacement straight away. Delivery is always quick and the prices are great. I will definitely order more as they are a great company and they resolve issues quickly.”
