“I purchased two vape kits uwell valyrian iii and innokin-kroma-217-vape-kit-100w On Saturday thay arrived Sunday having set up valyrian had slight issue with coils pre installed coils with device contacted vape club thay resolved the issue within 24hours of reporting it the valyrian iii is 79.99 however the flavour from it is absolutely amazing I definitely would recommend vapeclub to any one there service is amazing”

“First rate customer service. I ordered the wrong flavour vape juice. I contacted customer Service and they were only to happy to replace my order and even added another bottle to replace the one I opened. Needless to say I’m very impressed and I recommend this company highly.”

“Have shopped with Vape club for a few years now and tbh I always will. Everything is sent quickly and always top quality. One of my e-liquids had got damaged and had leaked in the post, contacted vape club and a replacement was sent same day hassle free. Huge shout out and thanks to Luke, went above and beyond and can't praise high enough x”

“First experience with vape club was finding a vape kit that was almost 50% more expensive anywhere else so I was attracted to the site straight away, then went on to order more items like coils and juices and they were exceptional quality and again prices. Post and packaging very quick and good quality lined postage envelopes. Unfortunately had an issue with my vape it developed a technical fault, not blaming vape club these things happen. Wasn’t being too optimistic contacting customer service however I was blown away with the empathy they’d shown and top class quality of care the provided me in firstly giving some guides to try and fix the kit and even go research the rare fault my vape developed, they were constantly in touch quick reply’s and I just knew I was in good hands. Ended up we couldn’t resolve the matter it was indeed an unfixable fault so they kindly asked me to pick another vape as the one I initially bought was discontinued, unfortunately, however I was still very grateful they gave me this very kind gesture. They opted for good customer service and to provide a first time resolution which they certainly have, very pleased customer. I will continue to use Vapeclub for all my Vape, coil and juice needs and for anything else one stop shop for vapers :) shout out to Jack and Sebastian in customer service and the whole of the Vape club team 👍🏼”

“I don't usually leave reviews, but after the brilliant service I've received, I feel its the least I can do. The delivery was super quick (came the next day) Through no fault of their own, the device i ordered was faulty. The matter was dealt with & resolved the very next day by Jack who was really friendly. I highly recommend Vape Club for their excellent service! ☆☆☆☆☆”

New pair in post within 24 hours and in my hand 24 hours later, no messing around. Thank you so much for your frankly superb response. “5 stars not enough!! I recently purchased the elfbar mate 500 device which I will add is superb and slightly more economical than disposables with same full flavour in the pods, however I had some charging issues with mine. After contacting vape club I got a response within the hour and a new device is on its way to me. Outstanding customer service!! Can’t recommend them enough!! Paula”
