“My order never arrived which is strange as the service is normally very slick. I contacted vape club and harry messaged to say Royal Mail had lost the order so he sorted a new order which came the next day. Many thanks harry great service 👍👍👍👍👍”

“I've been using this company for a while and they have always got me my products and at a good price. Most recently Royal Mail improperly delivered my parcel and it was stolen but they offered me a replacement order despite it being out of their control. Amazing customer service, special props to Sebastian in particular.”

“I love using this company not only are the prices great the customer service is outstanding and always so happy to help. When I have had issues with products that I have brought they are quick to sort out the problem and get the replacement or refund very quickly. Deffo shop here for all of your vape needs”

“Been a customer for over 5 years, and not once have i been let down. They always ship on time, they always stock the best flavours, whenever i have had an issue they have always been ready to help. I honestly think there is no better online store in the country for anything vape related, and i speak as someone who worked in brick and mortar vape stores for over 4 years. They are the best without question.”

“Customer Service is absolutely brilliant I had a problem with my ko ko prime kit and after getting in touch with luke who sorted my problem straight away and sent me a replacement and now I have a ko ko prime kit that is working without any issues I can definitely recommend vape Club they are fantastic great prices speedy delivery great customer service can't ask for more”

“Customer service is brilliant! Delivery time is so quick! and delivery is free over £20. I was delivered a different disposable vape (1 out of the 6 i ordered) to the one i ordered. I ordered a pink lemonade 10mg and a peach ice 20mg turned up. Both are the same colour and brand so i can understand the mix up. I emailed the customer service team, and Luke got back to me very quickly. He apologised and asked for a picture of my paper invoice which came with the delivery and a picture of what was delivered, for confirmation. This was also to make sure it didn't happen again on their end. I provided the picture and again, Luke was quick to get back to me, he apologised again and said they would send me the correct vape and to keep the one i recieved in error as a goodwill gesture. I was over the moon with the service from start to finish, and even happier when i didn't have to make a trip to the post office! Thanks for your help Luke.”

“I’ve ordered from vapeclub multiple times before and I’ve never had an issue with an order - they’ve always kept their delivery and dispatch promise and got everything spot on every time. The one time I did have an issue with my order wasn’t major as I had ordered a flavour very similar to the one which was accidentally delivered. I got in touch with Sebastian over live chat who advised me to send over a picture with my invoice and the items delivered, and as soon as I did this, Sebastian came back with a brilliant resolution. I was happy to keep the mistaken flavour but the team at VapeClub went above and beyond and shipped out the missing flavour without requesting return of the incorrectly shipped one. I’ve never had a company go this above and beyond for me before and I’m honestly so happy with them. I’d recommend everyone to shop from them for fair prices and unbeaten customer service! Thank you VapeClub!”

“I use Vapeclub all the time and sadly had my first need to sumbit an RMA. However I can say for certain that the team, in particular Mo was extemely helpful and sorted my issue out. I was particurly surprised at the speed of their response and the fact that even when I send them a message quite late in the day, I still got a reply. Definetley a happy customer and will keep coming back :)”
