“Not your fault but once delivered, I had no delivery notice and, once I received my two bottles, one was almost empty, must of happened during transit as not all liquid was in my post box so delivery service didn't care”

“I purchased a Socialtes E-Cig in June 2023 in Novemeber 2023 it stopped working. I went back to Vapetown in Bletchley Milton Keynes and the assistant got it working. In December 2023 it stopped working again. I went back to the shop and a diferent assistant could not get it working. He tried everything and said he was sorry. I asked for an exchange and he said I was over the 6 month limit for an exchange and could do nothing for me. i do not consider this a satisfactory conclusion to my enquiry”
