I received incorrect information at the store they told me I needed helmet coils but I had to order them from their online store . I ordered online from vapetown UK . I tried braddicks who told me they were smok A10 coils so I bought them and tried to cancel could not get a response . They then sent them after 3 requests to cancel . Now I have to pay to send them back I will be approx £10 out of pocket due to repeated incompetence . Don't bother with this company

Bet upset with this company! Recently I placed an order and didn’t receive what I wanted. I then sent an email to ask for an explanation and have just been ignored.

I take no pleasure in writing this today but I am still waiting to receive my products. Today is day 6 & still nothing. This us very unlike vape town. I have emailed once & got a reply. No reply to my email today as yet 🙁

Hi I purchased this from vape town yesterday and I bought the flavoured liquid. I’m genuinely very disappointed with the service I received it was poor and poor product knowledge. I went for a new Vape mod and the one they opened she said it had a coil already in it. I decided to go for the newer one as it’s brand new and hygiene reasons. As I did the instoor set up she refilled my vape and it poured all over the vape as it had no liquid. They didn’t know the difference between 70/30 and 50/50 liquids. I’m displeased Becayse it was a new vape and now with the level of leak it’s ruined the buttons.

4 K3 batteries failed in three months, with same problem i.e charging. Only one replaced, which took over a month. This cost me £100 in all. I don't think they are fit for purpose. They are difficult to complain to as this email address doesn't work and neither does the one displayed on the shop door. I've given one star as the staff in the shop are very good.

I bought a pack of coils, v8 baby mesh, and 3 of the 5 were faulty, second pack same, complained and was told get a new mod, all other coils I’ve bought work fine, terrible customer service, changing supplier

I have bought easily over £300 worth of stuff from here over the past year, and there was a problem with a vape mod I ordered so for months I have sent over 5 e-mails, and have not recieved a SINGLE reply, terrible customer service will not be buying from here again with this service

Hello - Your order was placed Wednesday 26th of May and was shipped the same day. As advertised on our site, the free shipping you took has an estimated delivery of 2-5 working days which means taking into consideration a Bank Holiday today your order may not arrive until 3/6/21. Have always been happy with Vape town until now. I ordered and paid for 20 bottles of e liquid. only 10 arrived, I have messaged them and emailed several times and had no reply. So sadly, thats it!

Bought a vaporesso tank. The one in the picture was different to what i received. Also, one of the coils was open and out of its packet in the sealed tank box, the coil was dirty and the wrong size for the tank.

I like vape town a lot however I got a pack of faulty coils online and when I spoke to a colleague in the Tiverton store he told me it happens sometimes and it’s not really his problem. I have emailed head office but am yet to hear back.

I don't shop at vape Town anymore and haven't done for 5 years so stop emailing me, and next time you send someone an invoice make sure you send it to the right person....

Feel pretty let down after buying for a while of this site never had any issues until now where I had a juice taste completely off and disgusting I’ve tried to email and sort this and feel like I’m getting blanked and no real apology was giving too me I know it’s not my vape or coils as I’ve had no issue before so its clear I’ve got a bad batch but it’s just they way this is being handled which has really annoyed me no offer of a refund or apology and just no quick response too solve this .

Hello - The liquid you have purchased is not manufactured by Vape Town and is a completely independent brand but we can of course look into any issues with it. If you have emailed in, our customer services will reply. Due to the the current volume of enquiries there is a slight delay in replies to all emails but will reply within 24-36 hours M-F.
